НЛО - секретная шпионская техника из США. А про пришельцев - домыслы, дезинформация прикрытия, распространяемая спецслужбами. Технология - плазменные двигательные панели, расположены в виде круглых зон по периметру и на днище аппарата. Снизу и по движению создается столб кольцевых вихрей - так и летает... Вы слышали о пушках-рельсотронах? - это система из двух продольных контактов-рельсов и снаряда межу ними. Если на рельсы подать электрический ток, то индукция разгонит снаряд до космических скоростей, а вслед за ним вылетит струя раскаленной плазмы... Импульс, создаваемый рельсотроном, можно использовать не только для выстрела, но и для движения. Соответственно: и мы и американцы устанавливаем на космических аппаратах импульсные двигатели, которые в нужный момент выстреливают плазмой - создают усилие для перехода с одной орбиты на другую. Найдите статью из МАИ «Абляционный импульсный плазменный двигатель», или обзор Института сильноточной электроники СО РАН по электрореактивным двигателям. Но двигатели крупные: струя плазмы возникает при сгорании пластиковой заглушки между электродами. А у «летающих тарелок» и у «темных треугольников» - рельсотроны уменьшены до размеров шариковой ручки, собраны в плоские панели, которые по конструкции напоминают плазменные панели телевизоров. Расстояние между контактами незначительно - перемычкой между ними становится искра разряда. Работают ячейки синхронно: стреляют струйками плазмы – искрами электроразрядов, ускоренных силой индукции. Скорость большая, количество рельсотронов в панелях доходит до сотен тысяч - суммарный двигательный импульс в итоге огромен! Разряды идут с мегагерцевой частотой, каждый импульс ударяет о воздух, который завихряется в тороидальные кольца. В вихревой струе, за счет вращения воздуха, падает температура – влага из воздуха вымораживается снежинками, на которых искрится свет, созданный электроразрядами панели. Получается некий «твердый луч», который при покачивании аппарата изгибается за счет искривления траектории отлетающих вихревых колец. Впрочем, эта технология совсем не супер. Летают они быстро и маневренны - из-за легкости аппарата, но от импульсных плазменных двигателей - СВЧ излучение. Грузоподъемность низка. Радиосвязи нет.
