Vendetta Red independently released their first record, Blackout Analysis, in 2000, and followed that with White Knuckled Substance in 2001, through Loveless Records. Vendetta Red signed to Epic Records and released their major label debut, Between the Never and the Now, in 2003. Sisters of the Red Death, released in late 2005 before the band's 2006 breakup, charted at #21 on the Top Heatseeker's Chart
After their split, former Vendetta Red members Zach, Leif, and Jeff started the band Sirens Sister.
Vendetta Red reunited in March 2011, playing the entirety of Sisters of the Red Death at El Corazon in Seatle, Washington. Afterwards they started creating new record and played the 2011 Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival. In 2012 they released single Close To Me.
In 2013 they released two EPs: Scripture and Light Year Anniversary.
In 2018 they suddenly released an LP Quinceañera.

Tomorrow Everything Dies
Vendetta Red Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Thrown overboard to pay my dues, to the ocean floor in concrete shoes
I'm your visions of vindication that caught you in the act
I wield the force of destiny and you will rue the day you ever broke this pact
Stand me up in front of god so miniscule and monstrous
A paragraph to plead my ease. A defendant for this human race
Please don't forget me
The lyrics to Vendetta Red's song "Tomorrow Everything Dies" are both haunting and thought-provoking. The first line, "Cut from glass I start to fade and prance around her promenade," may suggest that the singer is fragile, like glass, and is starting to vanish. They prance around a promenade, perhaps referring to a public space where people go to be seen. The next line, "Thrown overboard to pay my dues, to the ocean floor in concrete shoes," implies that the singer has been punished in some way, perhaps for something they did wrong. They've been thrown overboard with concrete shoes, which would cause them to sink and drown.
The following lines, "I'm your visions of vindication that caught you in the act / I wield the force of destiny and you will rue the day you ever broke this pact," suggest that the singer is seeking revenge against someone who has wronged them. They caught the other person in the act and now they have the power to make them regret their actions. The singer seems to be presenting themselves as an avenging force, capable of meting out punishment.
The final lines, "Stand me up in front of god so miniscule and monstrous / A paragraph to plead my ease. A defendant for this human race / Please don't forget me," are perhaps the most cryptic. Here, the singer is asking to be judged, perhaps by a higher power. They want to plead their case, to explain why they deserve to be remembered. It could be that the singer is feeling small and insignificant, and is seeking validation from someone or something greater than themselves.

Found this by accident ...a happy accident for sure. Never thought it would happen. This album is on my heavy rotation list. Judy & Steve are in top form here. Can't wait to get the CD version

It's crazy how often I play Between the never and now, and sisters of the red death on a regular basis, not to mention the last 2 Eps which were great as well. I'm so excited to have a new full length from you guys! The quality is crazy consistent!

Wish you guys were doing a headliner in Omaha! Can’t wait to see you either way. I’ve been waiting a long time!

Cleopatra Records wants to use their own channel, rather than messing up other artists albums!

Oh yea
@EvilCat-EnergyCatalyst
it would be great if this wasn't in the Christian Death "Deathwish" playlist. Cleopatra Records, these ads are annoying.

Cleopatra records needs a better sound engineer. Amazing music, but it sounds so crappy with the terrible eq. Honestly sounds like a garage recording. Vocals are peaking, instruments drown each other out, and the stress vocals sound like you cut out frequencies because it peaked too hard. Figured anybody could reproduce a similar sound to sony 13 years ago, but guess not. A shame for such a talented band. Ill buy the cd to support them, but honestly it grates my soul to hear such beautiful lyrical and musical emotion turned into dirt because someone can't master properly.
