In 1991 the band was completed by the guitarist Lars Lundevall. The new line-up recorded these albums:
Varme mennesker (Warm People) (1991), Neste sommer (Next summer) (1993), Mere (More) (1994), Sent og tidlig (Late and early) (1995), Stakkars (Miserable) (1997), Kast alle papirene (Throw away all the paper) (1999) and Midt i begynnelsen (In the middle of the beginning) (2002). Their debut LP "Suser avgårde" (1986), is regarded as one of their most popular records. The lyrics are very popular because they are very naïve & philosophic. They released their final record in 2002; "Midt i begynnelsen". In 2005, they released a compilation which is named "Festen er ikke over... det er kake igjen." ("The party ain't over... There's more cake left"). New album out now: "Trist å være glad" 2011.
Månemann
deLillos Lyrics

Folder du deg ut
En ny dag har
Nå begynt
Vi har ventet lenge på deg
Og nå er du her
Du har vært på reise si meg
Lille månemann
Har engler navn på det
Under som er sendt
Et nytt lys har
Nå blitt tent
Lille månemann
The DeLillos song "Månemann" is a hauntingly beautiful piece that is filled with an air of mystery and wonder. The lyrics are simple and yet profound, invoking images of a world that is both strange and familiar. The song opens with the line "Som blomster etter regn, folder du deg ut" which means "like flowers after the rain, you unfold yourself." This line sets the tone for the rest of the song - it is about growth and renewal, about the beauty of life after hardship. The next line talks about a new day beginning, which further reinforces this theme.
As the song progresses, we hear about the anticipation of the arrival of someone or something. The line "Vi har ventet lenge på deg" means "we have waited a long time for you" and it sets the stage for the audience to wonder who or what is arriving. The answer is revealed in the chorus, as we hear the repeated refrain "lille månemann" which means "little moon man." The second verse continues in the same vein, with references to angels and a new light being lit. The song ends on a hopeful note, with the repetition of the chorus and an overall feeling of joy and wonder.
Overall, "Månemann" is a song that invites the listener to imagine worlds beyond our own, to dream of a better future, and to revel in the beauty of the world around us. It is a powerful reminder of the transformative power of hope and the importance of holding on to our sense of wonder.
