We had it rough up in section 8
Mamma asked me am I doing okay
Telling my shorty I'm running late
Telling my niggas I'm on the way
Keep me a stick yeah I'm hitting 8
All this money on me can't calculate
Born to be great so can't hesitate
I said born to be great so can't hesitate
These niggas showing us fake love
I don't fuck with it
Run up on me then I'm gunning it
Run up on me then I'm bussing it
Bussing in
We getting in
Get hit again
He reaching
He met his end
He met his end that boy can never ever play again
All of these blue like I'm Benjamin
I just want bands I don't need no friends
All I'm tryna do is run it up
Niggas acting like I ain't did enough
You a goofy nigga shut the fuck up
Tryna spin we gon flip the truck
We had it rough up in section 8
Mamma asked me am I doing okay
Telling my shorty I'm running late
Telling my niggas I'm on the way
Keep me a stick yeah I'm hitting 8
All this money on me can't calculate
Born to be great so can't hesitate
I said born to be great so can't hesitate
These niggas showing us fake love
I don't fuck with it
Run up on me then I'm gunning it
Run up on me then I'm bussing it
Bussing in
We getting in
Get hit again
He reaching
He met his end
He met his end
I'll bless a nigga to never land
Young nigga was so down bad
Was out thinking bout when imma eat again
Now my pockets fat
Bitches see me they know that I'm the man
Talk shit I'll spin again
Only family I don't want no friends
I swear I was so down bad
Cold nights where I couldn't sleep
I swear I was so down bad
Cold showers I ain't have no heat
I swear I was so down bad
Shit don't even feel the same
Young niggas we was trapping hard
We was living on section 8
We had it rough up in section 8
Mamma asked me am I doing okay
Telling my shorty I'm running late
Telling my niggas I'm on the way
Keep me a stick yeah I'm hitting 8
All this money on me can't calculate
Born to be great so can't hesitate
I said born to be great so can't hesitate
These niggas showing us fake love
I don't fuck with it
Run up on me then I'm gunning it
Run up on me then I'm bussing it
Bussing in
We getting in
Get hit again

The first verse sets the tone for the song, with M/M describing the struggles he faced growing up in section 8. He describes how his mother asked him if he was doing okay, and how he would tell his girlfriend and friends that he's running late. He also mentions how he keeps a weapon on him at all times, and how the amount of money he has is too much to calculate. M/M expresses his own confidence in his ability to succeed and how he cannot hesitate in his pursuit of greatness.

The second verse is more aggressive, with M/M calling out fake friends who show him fake love. He warns that if anyone tries to come at him, he will respond with violence. M/M's lyrics suggest a feeling of betrayal by those he thought were his friends but who only wanted to ride on his success. He talks about how he just wants to make money and doesn't need any more friends. Finally, he ends the verse by stating that he and his crew are ready for any threats and are more than prepared to face them.

Overall, the song "8" by M/M showcases the harsh realities of growing up in poverty and the extreme measures that some people take to escape it. The lyrics are raw and honest, expressing the pain and struggle of living on the street and surviving in a violent world.

Hi Jay, Yes the MM6 comes in a 88 note, weighted key model…the MM8! This has the same exact features as the MM6, but has a graded hammer action, so it feels closer to a real piano. Thanks for watching! - Dave McCullough Kraft Music Marketing (800)783-3368

Hello Aleks, Yes, what you're describing is perfectly normal. When scrolling through performances, you'll find that some of these performances incorporate different splits, layers of sounds, and appregiators. If you're scrolling through individual sounds or "voices" the arppegiators typically won't turn engage unless you choose to do so. im still deciding if i should get this for my gigs. currently use my Motif ES 8. thing weighs like 80 pounds and is dinged up. since this uses mostly motif sounds and weighs 11 pounds sounds much appealing.

DJEstablish

This keyboard actually sounds really nice! i like the guitar arpegiattor like that

Hi, The MOX8 is the newer instrument…it replaced the MO8 a few years ago. The MM series workstation uses the sound engine of the original Motif, whereas the MOX8 uses the newer Motif XS sound set. Thanks for watching! - Dave McCullough Kraft Music Marketing (800)783-3368

I am not sure if I missed it. Does the MM6 come in weighted keys too? I am keyboard and this looks really affordable and good. Thanks, Jay

Alfonso Barrios

Hi, great demo! Q: is there anyway to split the keyboard more than once? i mean, having 3 differents sounds for example? thanks
