Maurice produced their 1969 debut album and played on about half the tracks, which bore a marked resemblance to the tight harmonies of the Bee Gees. The LP sold poorly until the dreamy ballad "Toast and Marmalade for Tea", with lead vocals by Kipner was belatedly released a single in the spring of 1971, hitting #20. The song featured These four lines of nursery rhyme lyrics are repeated five times over eerily distorted piano and synthesizer backing. The song gradually builds in intensity adding acoustic guitar, bass guitar, drums, a string orchestra, and finally brass instruments, and is now Tin Tin's best-remembered song.
2: Tin Tin was the third band of original Duran Duran vocalist Stephen Duffy.
They released 2 singles - "Kiss Me" (1982) and "Hold It" (1983) before Duffy relaunched himself as a solo artist called Stephen "Tin Tin" Duffy in 1984.

Kiss Me
Tin Tin Lyrics
In my young life I have received
Callers as though they were christmas eve
Disappointed and I don't know why
She gave me laughter and hope
And a sock in the eye (a love like this is sealed with a kiss)
In my young life and I know something now
I've never tried to create a wow
Wows are few frustration more common
Now I can feel it in my soul
That's why I gave the come on
(Kiss, kiss, kiss)
Kiss me with your mouth
Your love is better than wine
Kiss me with your mouth
Your love is better than wine
But wine is all I have
Will your love ever be mine?
(Kiss this with a kiss)
Faces fall before my feet
Like blood onto a clean white sheet
When I grow old I won't forget
To innocence my only debt
Wow I feel so fresh today
Barefoot in the snow to make love in the hay
The stars are bright in the abyss
Now I can feel you in my arms
I explode inside your kiss
Kiss me with your mouth
Your love is better than wine
But wine is all I have
Will your love ever be mine?
Kiss me with your mouth
Your love is better than wine
But wine is all I have
Will your love ever be mine?
Kiss me with your mouth
Your love is better than wine
But wine is all I have
Will your love ever be mine?
Kiss me with your mouth
Your love is better than wine
But wine is all I have
Will your love ever be mine?

That Kasper
In my young life I have received
Drumsticks as though it were Christmas Eve
But disappointed and do you know why
She gave me Lemon Ice & Bomb Pop
Like a sock in the eye
In my young life I want a Chipwich, now
I've never tried to create 'em wow
Wows are few, frustration more common
I get a feel in my soul
That's chocolate, come on!
Give me Drumstick now
Your fudge is better than lime
But lime is all you have??
Will King Cone ever be mine?
Screwballs fall before my feet
Like Push-Ups onto a clean white street
When I grow old I won't forget
The Creamsicle, my only regret
Wow I feel so pissed today
Barefoot for cones or ChocoTacos, oy vey!
The sun is bright I cannot miss
Now I can feel you in my arms
An Ice Cream Sandwich!!
Chipwich! Give me now
Chocolate is better than lime
But lime is all you have??
Will Fudge Pops ever be mine?

I thought the claim "BEST SOUND ON YOUTUBE" was dubious, especially when I saw the turntable. But this sounds amazing...touché.
The Green Doggo of Wisdom
@alan smithee I think Fluance is better, but I respect your opinion.
alan smithee
@The Green Doggo of Wisdom no. U-Turn better.

Useless trivia: Stephen (Tin Tin) Duffy was the original singer for Duran Duran.
Sven Labots
It gets even saucier; later on it became a whole discussion that Stephen "tintin" Duffy had actually written "The Reflex", just as Andy Wicket, the singer with Duran Duran, prior to Stephen, had written "Girls on Film". Much later, Nick Rhodes and Stephen formed "The Devils", whih inhibited early Duran Duran recordings from 1979.
