With her wide-ranging and powerful voice, the vocalist and lyricist Takane Yamamoto has won a loyal following among female fans with lyrics that are highly meaningful and profound, while composer Akihisa Yamaguchi's melodies are contemporary and nostalgic at the same time. Formed in 1998, the unit is named after a high-pitched bell that produces sensitive and subtle sounds. In 2002, they released their first self-produced CD, the highly acclaimed "Clover tale". In 2003, they debuted on the Sony Music Records label with a single, two mini albums, and three full albums. In September 2009, they started their own label, little dance music, on which they released in December the album "Utakata."
