Among his most famous songs is “9pm (Till I Come)”, which topped the charts in the United Kingdom in 1998 and is widely regarded as the UK’s first Trance number one. The track features a guitar riff which became hugely popular. This guitar sound, which he accidentally found while experimenting with a new producing deck, became the trademark of his early hits. ATB continues to evolve and change with every album. His current style involves more vocals and varied sounds, with frequent pianos.
Despite only releasing a few more singles in the UK, namely “Don’t stop!” (No.3, 300,000 copies sold) and “Killer” (No.4, 200,000 copies sold), he still regularly releases music in his native Germany and in other parts of Europe, where he has scored big hits such as “I Don’t Wanna Stop” and his cover of Olive’s 1996 hit “You’re Not Alone”.
“Two Worlds” (2000) is a two-disc album based upon the concept of different types of music for different moods, with titles such as “The World Of Movement” and “The Relaxing World”.
ATB’s latest hits include uplifting “Ecstasy” and chilling “Marrakech”, both from the album “No Silence” (2004) and also released as singles.
In 2005, ATB released “Seven Years”, a compilation of 20 songs, including many greatest hits such as “The Summer”, “Let U Go”, “Hold U”, “Long Way Home”, and “I Don’t Wanna Stop”. Additionally, “Seven Years includes six new tracks: “Humanity”; “Let U Go (2005 Reworked)”; “Believe in Me”; “Trilogie, Pt. 2”; “Take Me Over”; and “Far Beyond”. Many of ATB’s recent albums have featured vocals from Roberta Carter Harrison, singer for the Canadian duo Wild Strawberries.
His next album was co-written by vocalist Tiff Lacey. “Trilogy” was released in 2007. The release of his second single “Justify” was moved from November 2006 to 2007. The single “Renegade” was released on 2007-04-12 and features Heather Nova.
On 2009-05-01 ATB released his latest album “Future Memories” featuring Josh Gallahan (a.k.a. jades) and others. The first single release of Future Memories which was also released on May 1st 2009 features What About Us and L.A. Nights.

I don’t know how or why this video was recommended to me by YouTube, but I loved it and thought it was most amazing visual trip...that also saddened me. And since I’m counting on no one reading any of this, but as a nature fan and an addict to the Discovery and National Geographic channels (and just watched this HBO documentary named “Ice of Fire”)...I’m writing this while really feel like crying! :(
It terribly sadness me to know that natural beauty like this is insanely fast disappearing across Earth as it’s rapidly dying...and we are what’s killing it. I truly believe that humans are the cancer of Earth, a planet that maintained it’s balance of life long before us yet we are killing it and everything else on it...ourselves included. I also believe that in order for Earth to restore itself and its balance of life, it must rid itself of us. Completely.
We are destroying and polluting (aside form killing each other), ultimately causing THE worst climate change Earth ever known...that’s destroying our life supporting habitats in every way imaginable. We all need oxygen, water, food and shelter to survive...and we are losing all, knowingly and willfully. Air is so heavily polluted and thin it could no longer block harmful sun rays that’s killing plants and tree at massive rates. And since plants and trees are the ONLY living creatures capable of producing the oxygen we breath...we are literally suffocating ourselves to death (with a possible bonus of lung cancer while at it). Plants are also the main source of food for most humans on Earth, as well as the source of food for the animals we feed on...we are losing both sources of food we need to survive. And let’s not even go around to discussing the damage we are causing oceans around Earth...dumping our trash there and killing whatever we might use for food!
Volcanos are erupting all around Earth, more over the last 5 years than the last 5,000 years. Hundreds of millions of years worth of frozen ice needed to keep weather balance around Earth...we melted within less than 5 years. The United States was hit by over 600 tornadoes within 23 days, more than half of them were titled “once in a lifetime event”...enough to make a science fiction movie or some post apocalyptic drama seem more doable!
Saudi Arabia, dubbed the “frying pan” on Earth...received almost of a foot of snow this year. Massive floods covered more than half of America in a matter days while wild fires burned the other half. More than half of Asia was tumbled by baseball size clusters of ice that crushed cars and went though buildings.
The United Nations, with scientists from around the globe gave a countdown of 20 years left for habitable life on Earth in August 2018, and adjust the countdown to 12 years by December 2018. And in case you’re thinking I’ll probably be dead by then, or I’ll think about in a few years from now...note that it is cutoff time, NOT something that’ll start after that date. It’s that serious and the list of unbelievable weather events are happening all around the globe...and a then you get some FUCKING idiot like Donald Trump who goes on national television (and global stage, like the tantrum he pulled at the Paris world treaty he refused to sign)...and says “global warming is a hoax” and promises his ignorant base “clean coal”...a statement as absurd as promoting “healthy cigarettes”!!!
Earth is billions of years old, and we, humans are it’s youngest and most vulnerable species the rely on other species for survival (we have no claws, and no fur...and wheeze when we breath with allergies to everything around us), yet we managed to cause the worst harm, no different than a fast acting and spreading cancer throughout the whole planet.
Earth will NOT die, she’s far more resilient than to allow us such stupid novelty since it’s in our nature to kill...and by our own creation, we are eliminating ourselves out. We are no more than a paper fire in a metal bucket, it’ll eventually burn itself out while the bucket remains intact. It’s just a matter of a reset button Earth must activate (we are activating ourselves)...and we’ll be out...so life on Earth can continue the way it managed for billions of years before us. Sad, but true. Sigh :(
