そうno more cry もう泣かないよ
そうno more cry もう泣かないよ
The lyrics to Aimer's song 三日月 (Mikazuki) describe the pain of separation between two people who have walked together along the same path for a long time. The song reflects on the time when the two went their separate ways, with the singer carrying the burden of loneliness in her heart. She looks up at the sky, feeling like crying, and thinks about the person she loves. The singer reassures herself that even on the nights when she is alone without the person she loves, she won't cry anymore, and she will be strong because they are watching over her. The crescent moon symbolizes their connection, and the singer utters her love for the person.
The second part of the song depicts how the singer spends her days missing her loved one's warmth, and how her cold hands yearn for their touch. She says that no matter how many times she's been told over the phone that she's loved, she can't rely on anyone but her loved one. The singer remembers the moment when her loved one said "I love you" tightly hugging her, and hopes to be reunited with her loved one soon.
Overall, "Mikazuki" is a poignant song with heartfelt lyrics and a melody that complements the emotional themes. It speaks to anyone who has experienced a great loss, who wishes to reassure themselves that those who have left them are still with them in a spiritual sense.
