I actually do have Tourettes Syndrome, and I have it really bad. For some it gets better or goes away as they age, but in some cases, it gets worse as they age, and I'm in the category where it gets worse. It's not just that I curse, but it makes it impossible for me to be still at any time because it makes my limbs constantly spasm.
It also makes me convulse and punch myself in the back (Yes, I do have constant crippling spine pain as well as hip pain) among other things. I live in an area where people are very not accepting of it and people treat me like some kind of monster and stare and scowl at me like I'm some kind of freakshow. It also makes it hard for me to make friends or meet women willing to date me.
My relationships have all ended because I'm so bad off from my Tourettes that I'm considered disabled (when you also consider the constant back and hip pain) and because of it the women I've dated eventually started looking at me as literal damaged goods.
I still try to find someone who will accept me anyway, but I'm 30 and so far Tourettes Syndrome (alongside the resulting constant pain) has only ever made my life an inexorable hell. I mention this because if Craig had the same problem, he wouldn't be soooo happy.
To be honest, I'm not actually mad at Craig or South Park and I do find that episode of the show really funny, but I feel like what Tourettes is really like can be better represented overall because few people actually know what it's really like and how bad it can get and that it isn't just, "That cursing disease," that most people think it is.
Although that can be part of it and is part of my case as well, mine is mostly physical and only verbal when it comes to the cursing and random noises. It's mostly different for every single person with the condition when it comes to how severe the case can be and also what kind of things they say or do, but there can be some overlap to be fair.

My name is Craig Tucker. Last week was my birthday. My grandma gave me a check for $100. I was so happy. But then, four kids from school came to my house and said I should use my $100 to invest in becoming a Peruvian flute band. They promised I would double my money in one afternoon, but the government arrested us along with all the other Peruvian flute bands and took us to an intern camp in Miami. We begged to go home, but instead, the government told us they were sending us to Peru. And so, that is why I am now in Peru. If I die, let it be known that it is because four guys I don't even like from school lied to me and took my birthday money.
