In 2005, Don Omar released the reggaeton album "Da Hitman Presents Reggaeton Latino", which broke the record for "Highest First Week Sales for a Reggaeton Album" by selling over 31,000 units in its first week, resulting a debut of #61 in The Billboard 200. Wisin y Yandel held that record until "Reggaeton Latino" was released.
The first single released from Reggaeton Latino, "Dale Don Dale [Remix]" , which features rapper Fabolous, debuted at #1 on the crossover chart.
He is currently signed to VI Music through Universal Music Latino.
In early 2006, the Governor of Puerto Rico, Aníbal Acevedo Vilá publicly mentioned interest in having Don Omar participate in a program against School Desertion. However, the Secretary of Education has rejected Don Omar sponsoring it due to his lyrics. The local press has also mentioned that Omar himself did not finish High School.
Currently has his own record label "El Orfanato" (The Orphanage) and had a magnificent performance in the 2011 Latin Music Billboard Awards where he received the Award for Latin Rythm Airplay.

Con "Mas Flow"
Coyote
Vamo'a matarnos
Bailando, sudando
Tranquila que la noche está empezando
Entre tú y yo
Bailando, sudando
Tranquila que la noche está empezando
Maquina rebulera
Luny, no amarres fuego a esos pendejos
Esto es entre usted y yo
Bailando, sudando
Tranquila que la noche está empezando
Entre tú y yo
Bailando, sudando
Tranquila que la noche está empezando
Tú y yo mirándonos
Deseándonos
Provocándonos
Los dos buscándonos
Matándonos
Maquinándonos
Besándonos
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo
Tú y yo mirándonos
Deseándonos
Provocándonos
Los dos buscándonos
Matándonos
Maquinándonos
Besándonos
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo
Hoy si nos vamos hasta abajo
Hoy no estoy pa' clecla
Dile a tu novio que ando con los rompe discotecas
Que en verdad hoy no estamos pa' fecas
Hoy si se va a joder la bicicleta
Y le picheo por debajo 'el brazo
Pa' ver si batea roleta
Si sigue manoteando no respeta
Que si está aborreci'o
Que se compre una escopeta
Y que se vuele la chaveta
Esto es entre usted y yo
Bailando, sudando
Tranquila que la noche está empezando
Entre tú y yo
Bailando, sudando
Tranquila que la noche está empezando
Tú y yo mirándonos
Deseándonos
Provocándonos
Los dos buscándonos
Matándonos
Maquinándonos
Besándonos
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo
Entre tú y yo

The song "Entre tu y yo" by Don Omar is a sultry reggaeton track that celebrates the seductive and intimate moments between two lovers on the dance floor. The song is produced by renowned Puerto Rican producers Luny Tunes and Eliel and was included in Don Omar's album "Mas Flow" released in 2003. The song starts with the producers shouting their names and then Don Omar starts with his iconic phrase, "Con Mas Flow." The song is a perfect embodiment of the reggaeton genre, which is known for its sensual lyrics and beats that get people moving.
The chorus of the song is a repetition of the lines “Entre tu y yo, bailando, sudando, tranquila que la noche esta empezando” which translates to “Between you and me, dancing, sweating, relax, the night is just starting.” The lyrics describe a passionate moment between the two lovers, who cannot help but get lost in their desire for each other while dancing. Don Omar’s playful and suggestive lyrics continue as he describes the lovers’ desire, temptation, and hunger for each other. He tells the girl that he can feel her "machine" moving and that he knows that she wants him to pull her hair. He tells her to calm down and that if she tells her boyfriend to calm his jealousy, the night will go well.
As the song progresses, Don Omar talks about the lovers’ longing stares, their desire, and how they provoke and tease each other. He uses language like “besándonos, entre tu y yo” which means “kissing each other, between you and me.” He also says that he is ready to go all the way and that they should not hold back their desire. The song ends with a playful nod towards the rowdy behavior that can happen when two people are deeply in lust and not interested in anything else.
Overall, "Entre tu y yo" is a classic reggaeton song that celebrates intimacy, seduction, and desire. The lyrics describe an intimate moment between two lovers on the dance floor, and the beat and melody make it impossible not to dance.

Las manos mágicas de Luny, Tunes y Eliel junto a la voz fresca de Don con 25 añitos y ese ingenio brutal que tenía para crear varias melodías pegajosas en el mismo tema 🥲
