crei conservarlo
con siete cadenas
la piedra que traigo
se vuelve arena
Pero de a poco
me fui acostumbrando
a hecharte de menos
a no verte tanto
y en nmi jardín
no vi mas colores
el hielo y la escarcha
cubrieron las flores
Si tu lluvia
me mojara
y en tus brazos
me abrigara
le diría
al sol y al viento
que este invierno
no pasara
Si tu lluvia
me mojara
y en tus brazos
me abrigara
le diría
al sol y al viento
que este invierno
no pasara
The song "Niña de Lluvia" by El Cruce is a poignant exploration of the pain of unrequited love. The song begins with a reference to the rain, which is a metaphor for the absence of the person the singer has lost. The use of the metaphor of rain is a powerful one, as it evokes both feelings of longing and melancholy, as well as the idea that the singer is trapped in a kind of emotional winter from which he cannot escape.
The second verse describes the singer's attempt to hold on to the memory of the person he has lost. He describes himself as "picking at the stone" of her heart, searching for something precious that he can hold onto. But despite his efforts, the stone he finds crumbles to dust, leaving him with nothing but memories.
The chorus of the song is a cry of desperation from the singer. He is asking the person he has lost to come back to him, to hold him in her arms and shelter him from the cold. It is a deeply emotional plea that captures the pain of lost love and the feeling of isolation that can come with it.
Overall, the song is a powerful meditation on the pain of love and the longing for connection that comes with it. The use of imagery and metaphor is particularly effective, evoking the sense of loss and longing that lies at the heart of the song.
