Tres Casas, which literally means Three Houses in Spanish, was released with a surrounding concept represented in the album's art and multimedia content, designed by the Venezuelan artist collective Keloide. Famasloop has described to the press that the album is divided into three houses, each one with a different theme (commercial, intellectual and spiritual). All of these houses include a half-a-minute introductory Puerta (Spanish for door), and three songs, making a total of twelve tracks. The album received production and post-production guest contribution from well-known musicians, such as Tweety González (keyboardist of Fito Páez), Nené Vázquez (percussionist of Aterciopelados), Guille Vadalá (Bass guitarist of Fito Páez), Oswaldo Rodríguez (Sur Carabela) and more.

fuimos despojándonos
y el suelo frío recibía
cáscaras vacías
y nos sumergimos en el néctar
dulce del pecado y vamos
descendiendo, descendiendo
casi sin tener que respirar
Y siempre puedo imaginar, y siempre puedo...
Y siempre puedo imaginar, y siempre puedo...
Y siempre puedo imaginar, y siempre puedo...
Y siempre puedo imaginar, y siempre puedo...
Aunque sé que nunca pasará...
Aunque sé que nunca pasará...
Aunque sé que nunca pasará...
Aunque sé que nunca pasará...
Aunque sé que nunca pasará...
(Aunque sé que nunca pasará... x2)
In Famasloop's song, "Imaginar," the lyrics speak to a feeling of ambition and recklessness that led the singer and those around them to strip themselves of their inhibitions and dive headfirst into the sweet nectar of sin. The ground receives the empty shells of their former selves as they descend further and further into this state, almost forgetting to breathe in the process. Despite knowing that this state of reckless abandon cannot last forever and that it is unlikely to ever happen again, the singer can still imagine and dream about it.
The lyrics of "Imaginar" seem to be exploring a common human experience - the thrill and danger of giving in to temptation and leaving behind one's more cautious self. The descriptions of descending deeper into this state without needing to breathe suggest a loss of control and a willingness to let go entirely. Despite the knowledge that this state is temporary, the singer is still drawn to the idea of it and can't seem to let it go entirely.
Overall, "Imaginar" seems to be an exploration of what it means to be human - the desire to take risks and the exhilarating enormity of giving into those desires, even when we know that it can't last forever.

Ambiciosos, imprudentes,
We were adventurous and careless
fuimos despojándonos
We stripped ourselves of our inhibitions

And we submerged ourselves in the sweet nectar
dulce del pecado y vamos
Of sin and we go
descendiendo, descendiendo
Descending, descending
casi sin tener que respirar
Almost without having to breathe
Y siempre puedo imaginar, y siempre puedo...
And I can always imagine
Aunque sé que nunca pasará...
Although I know it will never happen
