The group's base was created in 1993 when brothers Kōshi (elder: vocals) and Take (younger: guitar) began playing together. They formed Flow in 1998, and were eventually joined by Keigo (vocals), Gotō (bass) and Iwasaki (drums; joined in 2000). In 2001, the band released its first maxi single, "Flow #0". The group then released two mini-albums within the same year, both of which took nationwide indie charts by storm. "Okuru Kotoba", Flow's first cover single, was released in January 2003. It remained on the Oricon indie chart for seven consecutive weeks and also hit an impressive No. 6 on the overall singles chart. In the spring of that year, their first full-scale album Splash!!! debuted at No. 2. In July 2003, Flow released the single "Blaster" on a major label, Ki/oon Records. In April 2004, they released "Go!!!", which stayed on the Oricon Top 10 Chart for three weeks. In May 2004, Flow released their first major album Game.
A string of singles followed and in July 2005 the band released its third album, Golden Coast. Since the release of Golden Coast, Flow has released two singles with new A-sides, but one of these ("Around the World/Kandata") was a double A-side release. "Colors" is the band's fourth single. The songs "Go!!!" and "Re:member" both served as opening themes to the anime series Naruto. "Days" was the first opening for Bones' Eureka Seven anime, and "Realize" was the opening for the PlayStation 2 video games based on the same series. Flow performed live in America for the first time in Dallas, Texas on September 2, 2006 at Anime Fest which was held at the Hyatt Hotel and Convention center in downtown Dallas. Flow performed "Colors" in 2006, the first opening for Sunrise's original series, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.
Their song "Answer" is the first opening theme for the live action Japanese drama Tantei Gakuen Q. They performed "Night Parade" with the hip-hop band Home Made Kazoku. In February 2008, they released a new single entitled "Arigatō", followed by Persona -trinity soul-'s new opening, "Word of the Voice" in June 2008. They performed Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2's second opening theme "World End" released in 2008. In 2009, the band performed "Sign", the sixth opening for Naruto Shippuden. The band released a B-side compilation album on November 4, 2009. Their single "Calling" was featured as the ending for the anime Heroman. Flow returned to North America to perform at Anime Central, in Rosemont, Illinois on May 20, 2011, and FanimeCon in San Jose, California on May 28, 2010 and in May 2011. Their song "Hey!!" was the third opening theme for the anime Beelzebub and the song "Bravelue" was used as the second opening theme for the anime Eureka Seven AO. They will provide a cover of "Cha-La Head-Cha-La" as the main theme song for the film Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods; the song, coupled with an insert song from the film, will be released as a double A-side single on March 20, 2013.[1]

would bet that I’d be fed to my death
Check my weapon, you drenched in sweat
If you don’t protect ya neck
I threaten the crown for ages that kept us bound in chains with
Dreading what is out there waiting to upset their foundation
They’re sayin that’s the squad when the titans attack us all
I’m callin for genocide on taller enemies left alive
Ascend to the sky, you in my shadow,
whether I fly or extend my size
See I bite the hand that feeds my need
cause every titan plans to eat the team
until I scream a higher frequency
and now they fight for me to lead
Hear them scream my name like it’s AoT
Rappers hate the game cause they hate a beast
You hungry for the fame, but we came to eat
now these Titans never have a thing they can say to me
Hear them scream my name like it’s AoT
Rappers hate the game cause they hate a beast
You hungry for the fame, but we came to eat
Survey NerdCorps transform, can you take the heat?
I done persevered through the years
Fighting tooth and nail through the tears,
Slinging through the air through the fear,
Gassed up my Maneuver gear
Who in here, survey corps,
get exactly what ya paid for
My team who I slay for
Cover cats like State Farm
Napalm- striking
Louder than Police sirens
Keep fighting
My appetite is like a beast titan
Ripping through squads easy as tearing paper,
Devil slayer possessed like a Early Erin yager
Beast mode activated-
Mega playing Devastator
I push back titans like faders
I anxiously wait the day that another could step to me
Cause I cut em down with precision
Moves are longer divisions
Administrative decisions
That’s changing the way you look at your world
and how you live in it
That’s right I’m killin it
Even if you ain’t feelin it
Cut off my arm, I grow it right back
like I’m reptilian
Q is 1 in a million
Better make it a trillion
I’m Eren Yeagar
Illuminating all of my brilliance
Hear them scream my name like it’s AoT
Rappers hate the game cause they hate a beast
You hungry for the fame, but we came to eat
now these Titans never have a thing they can say to me
Hear them scream my name like it’s AoT
Rappers hate the game cause they hate a beast
You hungry for the fame, but we came to eat
Survey NerdCorps transform, can you take the heat?
If you want to take us on
Better call your gang when the blades are drawn
If you want to take us on
Better pray that you don’t break these walls
If you want to take us on
Better call your gang when we play this song
If you want to take us on
Better pray that you don’t break these walls
Step into battle I’m coming in fast
Kept my identity under the mask
Body of woman but strength of a monster
Call in your army to witness the slaughter
(RAAH)
Disciplined daughter and soldier of honor
Took infinite power and forced it upon her
Your backups won’t make it much longer (nope)
your attacks are just making me stronger (hahahaha)
Trashing your ranks won’t be difficult
I’m snapping your neck like you’re Petra Ral
Growing it back’s not a sweat at all
But hope you were packing an extra skull
Whoops, I grabbed too tightly
Think you wanna fight then you better choose wisely
All of your walls seem so small for a giant
Don’t call me a female just call me a Titan
I know you'll try to hide forever inside your city
But if I should die I'll take the rest of your kind with me
Beyond these walls a world you'll never survive
Don't step from your station or else you'll get eaten alive
"Cam3, come out to play?"
Said the Prey to the Hunter
I'ma Eren Jaegerbomb 'em
Bloodlust making me drunker
Ain't no slaking my hunger,
Lightning strike whoever takes my thunder
Sully my name
Y'all fight about subs and dubs
Bruv, I studied the blade
Choppin em down by the nape of their neck
Rocking a crowd without breaking a sweat
Pass me the mic, I'm attacking the titans
And thrashing goliaths who hating on Wreck
Deliver a coup d'état to anyone who
May be confused on who's making brouhaha
I will Mikasa su casa!
Ha ha!
Bring it to a titan
Man I feel like colossal writing
Standing giant
I’m a tyrant
Check my rank I am the highest
Ain’t nobody wanna cross my path
Because I’ll start a riot
Put me in the ring with anybody
I’ll eat like a lion
I’ll slap a titan with a back hand
When I slash them
Coming through like I’m Eren Yeager
Howdy neighbor
When there’s a threat
You can always be certain that I’m your savior
Jump in the air
With all my gear
Adrenaline pumping got nothing to fear
Charge in like I am the armored
I do it for honor
So we can all see the next year!
Yeah
No time to rest on haunches
With the strength and the rage that Kadesh is launching
They've been scheming and plotting to test the monster
I’m obscene and obsessed when I best imposters
Look I cannot abide by a snitch or a traitor
This is my house I’ll protect it. Bother
Me and they’ll be carrying your casket later
No Mikasa, su casa
I turn you to pasta
And eat you alive
Yeah
I know you hate we survived
Yeah
104 keeping it live
Yeah
Too bad
You decided not to consider the strength that youth has
I thrive when I can deliver revenge I blew gaskets
Having to witness family friends that you smashed
feeling powerless
Now my rage is a wave, you can drown in this
No debate. No one’s safe. Every ounce of me
Is like a loose cannon
No mild manners no Bruce Banner
All mean green. And here’s the truth, candid
I’ll make your own squad eat you. Standard
Procedure for them. Watch a dude vanish
Totally devoured. Now I’m too satisfied
What else you expected me to do, after
All that I’ve seen. I’m a true savage
I’m real
