Further tracks such as "Mit dir" featuring Joy Denalane or "Tabula Rasa Pt. 2" continued to achieve considerable success, placing the group on the German charts. The group also covered the song "Halt dich an deiner Liebe fest" (to Lee Perry's "Police and Thieves" riddim) by Rio Reiser or Ton Steine Scherben for the soundtrack of the film "23 – Nichts ist so wie es scheint" ("23 - Nothing is as it seems").
FK Allstars is a collaboration of various hip-hop and reggae artists such as Afrob, Brooke Russell, Sékou, Joy Denalane, Wasi, and Gentleman. Although the FK Allstars band has its roots in hip-hop, various music styles like reggae, jazz, soul, or funk are incorporated into their musical composition. The band has often been referred to as one of the best live hip-hop acts in Germany, partly because they departed from the typical hip-hop method of "one microphone and two turntables" and, like Die Fantastischen Vier, performed with live musicians at concerts. Many other hip-hop acts followed this example.
Since 2000, the group has not made any public appearances as its members focused on their solo careers. Max Herre was by far the most publicly active, with his first album "Max Herre" released in 2004. Additionally, he produced albums for his wife, Joy Denalane, and worked at Four Music.
In July 2007, a Best-Of album/DVD was released including two unreleased tracks. For the tenth anniversary in 2007, the group performed at various festivals in the German-speaking region. On September 19, 2007, the band gave their farewell concert at the Gazi Stadium on the Waldau in Stuttgart.
In June 2017, the band reunited and performed again.

Nur noch zwei Jahre,
Dann werden wir alle krepiern'
Sagst, die gifte wärn' das einzig wahre,
Damit willst do dich allmählich wegjongliern'.
Do bist erst fünfzehn,
Auf deiner Jacke steht 'no fun'
- wär nichts zu ändern -
Do sagst 'Wie Hiroshima, die ganze Welt in Asche und Schutt'
Und der Zug rast dem Abgrund entgegen,
Und die Bremsen sind kaputt (yeah, hey)
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away boy
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away from yourself.
Do hast alle Waffen abgelegt und aufgegeben,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away boy
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away from yourself
(can't run away...)
(yeah, yeah)
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away boy,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away boy.
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' and you're runnin' away,
You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away from yourself.(can't run away...)
The song "You Can't Run Away" by German hip-hop group Freundeskreis deals with themes of apathy, disillusionment, and the struggle to find purpose in a world that seems to be headed towards destruction. The first verse introduces a character who is only fifteen years old but already believes there is "no future" for humanity and that everything is headed towards disaster. He has given up on life and does not try to change anything or engage with the world around him. He makes fatalistic comparisons to Hiroshima and a speeding train with failing brakes, symbolizing his belief that everything is careening towards destruction.
The chorus repeats the phrase "You're runnin' and you're runnin' but you can't run away", suggesting that the character is trying to escape something, but cannot escape from himself or his own internal struggles. The second verse switches to a first-person point of view, with the singer admitting that they can sympathize with the character but do not want to give up on hope or life. They question the point of singing songs or having thoughts if "a few crazies" are in charge of the world.
The final verse asserts the need to take action and fight against injustice and inequality. The singer mentions revolutionary figures like Che Guevara and Martin Luther King Jr, saying their deaths should not be in vain. The song ends with a repetition of the chorus, emphasizing the idea that running away or giving up is not a viable solution.

Only two years left

Damit willst do dich allmählich wegjongliern'.
You want to juggle away with that
Do bist erst fünfzehn,
You're only fifteen

You don't even start anything.
Do sagst 'Wie Hiroshima, die ganze Welt in Asche und Schutt'
You say 'Like Hiroshima, the whole world in ashes and rubble'
Und der Zug rast dem Abgrund entgegen,
And the train is rushing towards the abyss

The bad thing is, I can almost understand you
But I don't want to go this way with you.
Do hast alle Waffen abgelegt und aufgegeben,
You have laid down all weapons and given up
Und irgendwie aufgehört zu leben.
And stopped living somehow.
Wenn meine Hoffnung schon am Ende wär',
If my hope were already at an end
Then there would be nothing left for me to sing about
Denn was sollen denn noch solche Lieder und Gedanken,
For what are such songs and thoughts good
If the spaceship Earth is controlled by a few sick people?
Von ein paar irren Kamikaze-Piloten,
By a few crazy kamikaze pilots,
Ja sind wir den alle solche Vollidioten ? (sind wir...)
Are we all such idiots? (are we...)
In vain all the books of poets and philosophers

No, I don't want to be a poet who brings flowers
To the tomb of reason, and who sings something clever.

Che Guevara and Luther King must not have died in vain
