Eu quero
Lê peti peti polá, lê café com chocolát

The song Adoleta by Kelly Key is an upbeat and playful love song about a girl falling for a younger boy. The lyrics express the girl's admiration for the boy's youthful and carefree personality and her desire to pursue a relationship despite their age difference. The title of the song, "Adoleta", refers to a children's game in Brazil, similar to playing tag or hide-and-seek.
The girl describes the boy's endearing persona as "happy, sweet, and absent-minded", emphasizing her attraction to his childlike spirit. She acknowledges their age difference but chooses to ignore it and let their love grow naturally. In the chorus, she states that she no longer wants to play childish games or avoid her feelings for him, making it clear that she wants a serious relationship.
The second verse shows a more responsible side to the girl, reminding the boy to focus on his studies and respect her. She still desires his attention and affection, but she also wants him to take her seriously. The repetition of the playful phrase "Lê peti peti polá, lê café com chocolát" in the chorus enhances the childlike nature of the song and reinforces the message that the girl wants to leave behind the immature games of youth and cultivate a more grown-up relationship.
Overall, the song captures the innocence and joy of young love while also acknowledging the challenges that come with age differences and maturing emotions.
