Lady Pank is quite a curiosity on the Polish musical market. They got popular before they were actually... formed! The group, which was originally planning to call itself "Żużel", received a lot of media coverage as a result of a skilfully conducted promotional campaign combined with group's questionnable talent.
Du Du
Lady Pank Lyrics

miał powiedzieć, że...
że nie z każdej mąki choćbyś chciał
zawsze będzie chleb
Nie wystarczy orać, ani siać
gonić resztką sił
Trzeba jeszcze dobry przepis znać,
żeby skutek był,
Du-du-dużo, dużo nas
I więcej będzie wnet
Du-du jest i piec i gaz
A skutków jakoś niet
Coraz większa ślinka płynie z ust
Dziki rośnie smak
Tylko na to, żeby chlebek rósł
wciąż pomysłu brak
Chociaż się pojawia raz po raz
taki co już wie
Jednak w końcu
wciąż wystaje nam
wielkie gołe De
Gołe De
Du-du...
The lyrics to Lady Pank's song "Du du" focus on the idea that success in life requires more than just hard work and effort. The first verse references a wise person who knew about life and claimed that not every effort will bring success. The chorus builds on this theme, stating that while there are many people working hard and striving for success, there needs to be a good recipe or plan in order to achieve the desired outcome. The repetition of "du du" throughout the song suggests a playful, light-hearted mood, but the lyrics themselves speak to a more serious message about the challenges of achieving success.
The second verse continues this theme by describing how mouth-watering thoughts of success can drive people forward, but without a clear plan, it can feel like there is a lack of progress. Despite occasional moments of insight from people who may have some knowledge or experience, there is still a sense of uncertainty and a lack of clear direction. The final lines of the song reference a "wielkie gołe De," which may be a play on words or a reference to a specific concept or figure. Ultimately, the song seems to suggest that success requires both hard work and a clear plan or strategy.
