Waits a beautiful day
Goodbye to things that bore me
Joy is waiting for me
I see a new horizon
My life has only begun
Beyond the blue horizon
Beyond the blue horizon
Waits a beautiful day
Goodbye to things that bore me
Joy is waiting for me
I see a new horizon
My life has only beguin
Beyond the blue horizon
Lies a rising sun
Beyond the blue horizon
Lies a rising sun
The lyrics of Lesley Garrett's song "Beyond The Blue Horizon" express the idea of hope, optimism and new beginnings. The opening lines "Beyond the blue horizon, waits a beautiful day" suggest a promising future, and the singer bids farewell to things that bore her and anticipates joy. The subsequent lines "I see a new horizon, my life has only begun" reaffirms a sense of optimism that there's much more to life, and it's just the beginning. The final line "Beyond the blue horizon, lies a rising sun" evokes a mental image of a new day filled with hope, promise, and a future that's brighter and full of possibilities.
The lyrics encourage the listener to let go of the past and embrace a new life. The meaning of the lyrics is that no matter what you may have gone through in your past, there’s always a new horizon that awaits you, and with it, new experiences, new opportunities, and a chance to start again.
