They Don't Know and It Is Good for the World
Lillith Lyrics

They don't know
And it is good
For the world
It would break apart
If it wasn't so

Overall Meaning

In Lillith's song "They Don't Know," the singer posits that ignorance can sometimes be a good thing for the world. The phrase "they don't know" refers to a group of people whose lack of knowledge about something specific is actually beneficial for society as a whole. The reason for this is that if they were to become aware of the information, it could lead to catastrophic consequences. This idea is supported by the lyrics "It would break apart, if it wasn't so." The implication is that sometimes, ignorance can actually help keep the fragile balance of the world intact.

The song could be interpreted in a number of ways, depending on what the "they don't know" is referring to. It could be referring to something as mundane as a secret ingredient in a beloved food product, or something as profound as a hidden truth about the nature of the universe. Either way, the message of the song is that sometimes, it's better not to know everything. This is a refreshing perspective in a world where knowledge is often seen as the ultimate goal, and the answer to all our problems.

@Gina Telford Adam and Lilith are equal partners. The creation stories aren't about creating humanity. It is about saving it. We are talking about preexisting people who have become corrupted by sin. Adam is the Christ and Satan, or the Snake, is the Cornerstone of his work of salvation. I don't consider myself a Christian. I have never found anything they say worth listening to. With that said, I am a bible person.

The creation story of Adam and Eve is not a creation of life story. It is the creation, or, rather, the beginning, of their work of salvation of sinners. Man, in his lack of understanding, has demonized Lilith and has a propensity of destroying the truth they cannot understand. There is no problem with Adam and Lilith's relationship. Adam is the Christ and he has an everlasting covenant with David, the Shining One or Snake, working for all his salvation and every desire. Once the Shining One has been refined, his impurities , in the everlasting pool of fire and sulfur, his relationship with his partner will be restored. Adam is the Christ and Eve is helping him save her partner, David, the Morning Star or Shining One, the Snake of the garden.

If you listen to Led Zepplin's (oops, wrong song - Stairway to Heaven) The Battle of Evermore song, it provides a good sense of the state of their relationship; the queen of life, Lilith, took her plow, and then she turn to gold, while Prince of Peace, Adam, embraced the gloom, and walked the night alone in his work of the salvation of the David, the Cornerstone of his work, with whom he has as evelasting covenant, working for all his salvation and every desire.

Lilith is in a place of rest. Adam descended from beyond the heavens themselves, and ascends beyond the heavens themselves, where Lilith awaits his return. The first creation story isn't about the creation of Adam and Lilith. It is about the New Heavens and New Earth. The Man and Woman, as Adam and Lilith, is about them after Adam, Christ, is done with his work of earth.

Wildcats shall meet with desert beasts, satyrs shall call to one another; There shall the lilith repose, and find for herself a place to rest. (Isa 34:14 NABO)

Adam's sin is prophetic of the sacrifice, when he wields the fiery sword on the day of vengeance as judgment.

---------------------------------------------
Jesus destroys all power, rule, and authority, 1Cor 15:25. In Jesus, you have someone who can relate to you through his sacrifice. In David, the Cornerstone of Christ’s work of salvation, you have someone you can relate to through his salvation.

your kingdom shall be preserved for you, once you have learned it is heaven that rules (Dan 4:23 NABO)
At the same time my reason returned to me, and for the glory of my kingdom, my majesty and my splendor returned to me. My nobles and lords sought me out; I was restored to my kingdom, and became much greater than before. (Dan 4:33 NABO)

David, the Morning Star or Shining One, the Snake or Adversary, the ruler of this world, the Ancient Serpent of Old, has his senses restored, his kingdom returned, and becomes much greater than before, as the Ancient One of Days, taking a seat upon a throne on the Mount of Assembly. The Son of Man, being presented before him, washes his feet, as the Ancient One of Days subjects himself and his kingdom to him.

For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens. (Eph 6:12 NABO)

obliterating the bond against us, with its legal claims, which was opposed to us, he also removed it from our midst, nailing it to the cross; despoiling the principalities and the powers, he made a public spectacle of them, leading them away in triumph by it. (Col 2:14-15 NABO)

so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the (Assembly on the Mount) to the principalities and authorities in the heavens (Eph 3:10 NABO)

You will do well to be attentive to it, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until day dawns and the Morning Star rises in your hearts. (2Pe 1:19 NABO)

You shall be to me a kingdom of priests, a holy nation. (Exo 19:6 NABO)
who has made us into a kingdom, priests for his God and Father, to him be glory and power forever (and ever). Amen. (Rev 1:6 NABO)

I love your work. Awesome videos. 👍
But I don't believe that Lilith was a positive force for the feminin, nor was she a good representation of the feminin.

I believe the "subordination" of women to men isn't so much a patriarchal attempt to somehow keep men in power.
But more of a "warning".
The warning that the vulnerability of women (in life and in child bearing) would make them dependent to men for survival, which makes a lot of sens.
The beautiful symbolism behind Eve's creation, from being taken out of Adam's body, is only "reductive" to those who hate men...

In fact, it symbolizes the idea that neither of them are complete without the other. It is a beautiful symbol of love between the two sexes.

Lilith, the spirit of female independance is a danger both for men and women, because women always needed men for security in their vulnerable nature. But men need women just as much, that is why when lilith left, Adam asked god for either her return, or for a new wife.
Men need women to give meaning to their lives, they need the tenderness and love women provide...

In reality, no one is "independent", only the lost souls, like Lilith...

Julien Schittenhelm

@Prinka of course you can be miserable with the wrong person. And you are right, there is nothing wrong with being single, but not forever though.
I was only making the case that neither sex ever will fully feel complete by themselves, and that is why the symbol of creating woman out of the man's body is so strong.

It is true that a man should find meaning on his own to start with. He has a vision, a dream that he is chassing. But in the end, no amount of success and accomplishment will be worth it, if a man cannot share with a woman, and potentially a child.
There come a time in a man's life, where he realize that the true meaning of his existence resides with his familly. And there is no familly possible, without the union of a man and a woman.

Which is why the spirit of Lilith is not good for women or for men.

I think it is particularily interesting that Lilith accepted to give/sacrifice her children to be left alone by the angels, to keep existing.
An allegory that describes the price the spirit of woman independence pays to exist...
The sacrifice of her own children... It is so deep and true.
By choosing Lilith, the spirit of woman independence, a woman sacrifices her own children, since no man will want her and there for, she will not be able to have children...
Because a man want a loyal woman, always...
Its a Brilliant observation of human nature, beautifully written in religious text.

@Prinka  I never said you couldn't live a fulfilled life without being married, but you will have to live with a partner at your side, married or not, to live a more fulfilling life.
I believe that is what the text say, and I believe it to be true.
But we are free to believe what we want, and people are free to dissagree, that's fine.

I will argue though, that new born who don't have enough contact with the mother can die quickly after birth. It has been scientifically proven, and it is quite fascinating.

The child is not "alone", it is connected to the mother, and need that connection to continue even after birth for survival...

The fact that we die at different moments then others doesn't mean we "die alone".
But yes, we have our individual journey, and it can stop anytime because death could be lurking at any corner. But that doesn't mean that the "default" is to live alone.
We all live through our different phases, and sometimes, being alone is good, to find and re-center ourselves. But that is what it is, a phase, not a good long term strategy.

But, we are all free to believe what we want. In the end of the day, if people are happy to live their entire lives without partners, good for them 😊

I just don't believe it's possible🤷‍♂️ and I'm a very independent kind of guy.

So let's agree to disagree

But if Lilith has all this powers, then why didn't Adam have any? Because if he did had powers we are supposed to possess some from Adam.

Because it's a story.
