1) The Noir Pop/Rock group Lillith actually started as a book project between Camilla Hell and the guitarist Per-Christian Frantzen. They met at a Music/Theater High School, and started collaborating when moving to Oslo. But early on they became increasingly drawn to music and after a few rehearsals Lillith was formed. At this time the music were more like a twisted mix of pop and punk. In 2008 they recruited the bassist and cellist Gregorius Grim Knockelkatt, when meeting him randomly in studio for a demo recording. Lillith is a Norwegian indie band. Their debut album was released in 2010, and the band can finally announce the eagerly-awaited second album to be released this year, 2020. This upcoming album has a far more lighter and melodic atmosphere and shows how the band keep developing their signature sound. The new song material has almost a cinematic feeling to it, inspired by the noir pop genre. This has been noted in an English review of the bands single "Beautiful Dreamers", pointing out the interesting noir pop movement happening in Scandinavia at this moment (Nordic Music Review). Their musical influences are wide spread, from trip hop, punk cabaret to alternative folk, but they all prefer the dark side of the music scene, exemplified by bands like The Doors and Velvet underground. Lillith promises a new album in 2020, with a couple of single releases ahead!!!
we'll do whatever we want

Invisible Soul
Lillith Lyrics

But what I see is not yourself
You are just here to exist
An invisible soul?
Perhaps you hear my voice and you see my face
And then you think that I exist
With an invisible soul, an invisible soul
The lyrics of Lillith's song "Invisible Soul" seem to explore the concept of feeling disconnected from oneself and one's surroundings. The first two lines suggest that the singer is in the presence of someone who is physically present, but not truly present in spirit. This feeling of disconnection is reinforced in the following lines by the notion that this person is "just here to exist" and may be an "invisible soul."
The second verse then takes on a more introspective tone, as the singer reflects on their own situation. They wonder if they too are an invisible soul, and if others might perceive them as being present yet disconnected from reality. The repetition of the phrase "an invisible soul" throughout the song highlights the central theme of feeling out of touch with oneself and one's surroundings.
Overall, the lyrics to "Invisible Soul" are open to interpretation and can be applied to a wide range of experiences. They touch on themes of loneliness, alienation, and the ways in which we can feel invisible, even when we are physically present.

I hear your voice, I see your face
I am aware of your presence, visually and audibly
But what I see is not yourself
However, what I observe is not the true representation of your being
You are just here to exist
You are present here just to fulfill your existence on this earth
An invisible soul?
Is it possible that you have an intangible spirit that is not easily apprehensible?
