Los Pericos Lyrics

Dispuesto a atraparme!
Mas daras tu calor
Hasta matarme
Tu piel sera mía
Hasta cansarme
Pediras por favor
Ha say ha
Oihooo
Hipnotizandome
Hipnotico amor
Tienen tus ojos
Nacar tu piel
Fausto de fuego
Hechizo de sol
Aquí no me quedo
Tu red me atrapo
Qué es este juego?
Ha say ha
Oiho
Hipnotizandome
No me veras rendido a tus pies
Este es el paraíso!
No lloraré tu seda, tu piel
Largo ya de aquí!
Quema, quema, quema
Que quema!
Hipnotizandome
The lyrics of "Hipnotizándome" by Los Pericos depict a passionate and intense attraction towards someone. The song begins by referring to the person's body as the sun, capable of captivating and trapping the singer. The lyrics suggest that this person's warmth and presence will eventually lead to their demise. The singer wants to possess the other person's skin until they become tired and ask for mercy, indicating a desire for complete control and dominance.
The chorus emphasizes the hypnotic power of this love, as it is described as having mesmerizing qualities. The singer is spellbound and under the influence of this intense attraction. The lyrics further depict the captivating nature of this person's love, comparing their eyes to hypnotic charms and their skin to precious pearls and burning fire. The singer is unsure about the nature of this relationship, questioning the motives behind this game that has trapped them in its web.
The bridge emphasizes the singer's determination to not succumb completely to this person's power, stating that they will not be seen surrendering at their feet. The singer rejects the idea of crying for the person's silk and skin, and wants to leave this situation behind. The repetition of the word "quema" (burn) in the final lines can suggest both the consuming nature of this love and the desire to break free from its hold.
Overall, the song portrays the intense allure and power struggle that can exist within a passionate and potentially toxic relationship.
