De su viaje vio llegar
A una silueta que con el sol
Su armadura hacía brillar
Cuentan que su rostro nunca vio
Pero su voz anunció:
"Soy el Caballero de la Blanca Luna
Y a vos he venido a buscar"
Duerme, duerme
Monta a Rocinante y emprended camino hacia la luz
Es tiempo de regresar
Cuentan que cuando no puedes más
Y tus fuerzas ves marchar
Duerme, duerme
Duerme, duerme
Monta a Rocinante y emprended camino hacia la luz
Todo lo que empieza tiene un fin
Y es la razón de la vida
Monta a Rocinante y emprended camino hacia la luz
¡Hacia el templo del adiós!
The lyrics of “El Templo Del Adios” by Mago de Oz revolve around the idea of endings and new beginnings. The song tells the story of a knight who has reached the end of his journey and is visited by the Knight of the White Moon. The Knight of the White Moon announces that it is time for the knight to rest and that he has been sent to take him to his new kingdom. The knight is urged to leave behind everything he has learned about friendship and love, as it will always remain in his soul, and mount on his horse Rocinante to embark on a new journey towards the light of the Temple of Goodbye.

Oí "The Temple of The King" en 2004, más o menos.
