Con tu amor
Mariana Ochoa Lyrics

A mi ciego corazón.
A nuestro corazón
In these lyrics, Mariana Ochoa reflects on a past relationship and the process of moving on. The first verse acknowledges the difficulty of forgetting when memories are constantly present in the mind. The heart, which seemed blind to the truth for so long, is now able to wake up and forgive the past. The singer has learned to let go and is no longer willing to pursue impossible kisses or hold onto unrealistic expectations.
The chorus, "Because in distance it is seen better, the deep color of our mistake," suggests that being apart from the person she loved allows her to see their relationship more clearly. In the silence and solitude, the singer has found their own voice and identity. They have realized that their soul no longer lives with the love of their past, suggesting that they have moved on and found independence without that love.
The second verse acknowledges that the other person's touch and the promises they made no longer hold any sway over the singer. They have no desire to give the person something impossible because they don't want to return to the past.
As the song progresses, the singer believes that with time, the person they once loved will come to understand that the goodbye came unexpectedly to both their hearts. The repetition of the chorus emphasizes that being apart has allowed the singer to gain a deeper understanding of their past mistakes.
In the final lines, the singer declares that their nostalgia no longer lives with the memories of the past. Their voice has emerged from the silence, and their soul no longer lives with the love they once held. They acknowledge that being with that person was a mistake, and they are now free from living with their love. The lyrics convey a sense of empowerment and moving on from a past relationship.
