Bosé was born in San Fernando Hospital in Panama City, Panama, the son of the famous Italian actress Lucia Bosé and the legendary bullfighter Luis Miguel González Lucas. He is also cousin of Carmen Ordóñez. His Godfather was Luchino Visconti.
In 1971, Bosé started a career as an actor, participating in various movies. However, he did not make that many films, and in 1975 he decided a career change was due and started exploring his talents as a singer. By the hand of Camilo Blanes he recorded his first singles. Some years later Bosé signed a contract with CBS Records in 1977 and he remained with them until 1984.

Nada particular

The lyrics in Miguel Bosé's song "Nada Particular" talk about the experience of feeling lost and wounded and not knowing where to go. The singer speaks of the fatigue that comes with walking and living with anger, and the desire to forget everything and start anew. The song progresses to the desire for freedom and peace, both personally and collectively, and the hope for a life free from pain and conflict. The repeated phrase "nada particular" ("nothing in particular") reinforces the idea that the singer doesn't have a specific concern or issue, but rather a general sense of unrest and a desire for something better.
The song's chorus focuses on the idea of an island in the middle of the sea, a symbol for freedom and a place of refuge. The singer asks for this island to be called "libertad" ("freedom"), a powerful statement about the importance of liberation and self-determination. The use of the imagery of a bird, singing and flying freely like a dove, reinforces the theme of freedom and the desire for peace and harmony.
Overall, the song is a powerful expression of a yearning for a better life, both on an individual and collective level, and the desire for freedom, peace, and happiness.
