Beteamil Ra'ay
Najwa Karam Lyrics

In "Beteamil Ra'ay" by Najwa Karam, the singer is fed up with empty promises and talk of love. She acknowledges that she is capable of moving on without them, and urges them to forget about her just as she has forgotten them.

If you stop looking for me
You judge me
If you stop talking to me
I'm tired of talking and promises
I can't wait anymore
Even if all your love was happiness
Your love doesn't mean anything to me
You're wrong if you think
I will get angry with you
If you leave, I won't think of you anymore
Whether I find you or not
Since patience has its limits
I don't want to talk or make promises anymore
Even if this world gave me
I wish you could ease my heart
Leave me in peace
And don't dream of my love anymore
And forget what was
I'm capable of being without you
Let me go and forget your love
Even your name forget me
