The Pierangelo Bertoli song "Caccia alla Volpe" (Fox Hunt), tells the story of a man who falls in love with a woman who is like a fox, both elusive and fascinating. The song starts with the man hearing footsteps outside and knocking on his door in the middle of the night. He doesn't care about the time because when he's with her, there's a hole in time, and he can live the moment twice. He changes the scenario, forgetting the time that will never come back again, but he doesn't mind as long as he can be with her.
The woman is like a fox, and the man is waiting for her to come out so he can see her blonde head among the red foliage. He desires her strongly and, with his senses hanging on the wind, he feels her already close. When she appears, the man aims at her front and shoots, as if they were hunting a fox. The woman disappears, and the man seems disappointed but knows that one night won't be enough to have her skin or her traces. In the end, he realizes that he shoots not only at her but also at the anger of being alone.
