Early compositions include works for theater and dance productions. Randy played electric bass with several Michigan rock bands in the early 1980s, most notably, Third Coast. The 1980s saw the release of two albums of electronic music, including some serial 12 tone compositions. During the 1990s, Randy dedicated himself to the study of microtonal tunings and released three albums of microtonal improvisations and compositions in all equal tempered tunings from 7 through 22 steps per octave, and several pieces in the exotic Bohlen-Pierce tuning. Randy is an avid trombonist and frequently performs with the Metal and Glass Ensemble, a Boston area group that performs microtonal drone music on unique bowed metal and JI tuned glasses.

I've stayed at this hotel around 7 times before as family vacations. On one vacation, when I was about 9 years old and didn't believe in the paranormal, I woke up and was chased by a very looming shadow figure from my room with my siblings to my parents room and I jumped in between them out of fear. When I hid under the blankets and peered up it was still there but halted, and then after three more times of peaking it was gone. Could've been a fear hallucination but I've read the stories about this hotel and realize this could be more.

The guy taking about how he was in a loop in the hallway reminds me of a certain type of sleep paralysis I get. I’m constantly re-waking up in my room and fighting to move my arms and legs and the effort makes me so exhausted I fall asleep again then re-wake up in the same place on the bed and being unable to move again. That story about the worker going back to the same place over and over again is terrifying. I can't imagine going through that for over an hour and wondering if it's going to happen forever. I had something similar happen when I was in the city with my aunty. We entered a building to go upstairs, I think to use the toilet because I knew there were toilets on the floor where the food hall is. The escalators were not running at that time so we took the elevator up. I pressed the level I wanted and the elevator started to go up. When the doors opened, we were on the exact same level we'd started at. We literally felt the elevator moving up and then come to a stop right before the door opened. We left immediately and didn't attempt to find the toilets again that night.

okay i know this is an old video but theory: during the estes method leading up to the time of death, medium says its two people having a convo. the bell man says that this place is like a purgatory. the tour guide describes a situation where he is stuck in a loop for an hour and a half which sounds purgatory ish making me think that the whole idea of a repeating never ending cycle comes into play. I think that morgan is having to re-experience her death every single day at the same time, however she wasnt murdered or committed suicide, she wanted to die and asked old husband to kill her.

For the people who say it cannot haunt you through the camera, I just want to say I have seen almost all Sam Colby's videos.
But after seeing this at 3:46 am i woke up I had a dream in which I was running to save my younger brother but I would just keep running through hallways and lead nowhere.. After that I woke up and saw through my mirror my room curtains were all pink with those hallway texture like 18:58 same design. Also the same night I had my blanket pull off my shoulder a bit which woke me up around 2:30 am.

I was in San Diego last summer and I am bummed that I didn't know about this place. I will say that this video is spooking me out and I'm only 3/4 of the way through. Listening to Mario was eye opening! I have to add that I just started watching your videos a couple days ago and I love this 4-some. Great energy and not over the top. I actually badly wanna see how bad it would be if Amanda got possessed and she leads them to somewhere really dangerous since they always follow her instinct if a negative energy or bad spirit clocks onto to that it could be crazy for all of them she can see the dead but she can’t tell if she’s being possessed by the dead. I don’t know if Sam of Colby knew this but when they posed in the mirror Sam you just made a symbol that Italians used to use to shake off the devil whenever someone would give someone else a glare or snake eye they would hold that symbol up and start changing Bible verses. That hand symbol is called “The Devil’s Horns” and is supposed to be a hand position that detaches you from devils or evil entities. So good job Sam.

We used to go to this Hotel all the time as kids. My dad told me as an adult that my mom saw a ghost floating above me watching me all night and she never told me that story to this day. Super creepy.
