In 2005, The Adams released their self-titled debut album, featuring the singles "Konservatif" and "Waiting," both of which were also featured in the hit movie Janji Joni. Later in the year, Beni left to focus on his duties as drummer for The Upstairs, while Bimo moved to Bali to continue his studies. Karon ’N Roll guitarist Arfan (or Apoy) was drafted as bassist, Gigih Suryoprayogo Setiadi (alias Kiting) of It’s Different Class took over Bimo’s place behind the drumkit, and live keyboardist Retiara Haswidya Nasution (a.k.a Kaka) was promoted to full-time member.
In 2006, The Adams’ new line-up released v2.05, which expanded their old sound with more elaborate song structures and swirling five-part harmonies. With the hit singles "Halo Beni," "Hanya Kau" and "Selamat Pagi Juwita" and their electrifying live shows, The Adams have become one of Indonesia’s most exciting bands.
After a long hiatus in 2008 to work on other projects, The Adams are now back and ready to make more music and reconnect with their fans who have been awaiting their return.

Drawing with a board
Suddenly you come along
You call my name like a song
Oh I'm falling to the ground
I like the way you're laughing
Waving in my skull
Vertical Horizon
Oh I'm falling to the ground
I'm falling to the ground
Walking down to the mosque
Waiting her after pray
Walking down to the mosque
I love you so
I love you so
I love you so
Will she know about that
Will she know about that
I like the way you're laughing
Waving in my skull
Have you ever sent me a song
Vertical Horizon
Oh I'm falling to the ground
I'm falling to the ground
Walking down to the mosque
Waiting her after pray
Walking down to the mosque
I love you so
I love you so
I love you so
Will she know about that
Will she know about
I love you so
I love you so
I love you so
Will she know about that
Will she know about that
I love you so
I love you so
I love you so
Will she know about that
The Adams's song "Mosque of love" tells the story of a person sitting and drawing in the moss when suddenly someone they care about comes along and calls their name, causing them to fall to the ground. They like the way this person laughs and wave in their skull. The lyrics also mention a song called "Vertical Horizon." The singer then walks down to the mosque to wait for this person after their prayer and expresses their love for them, wondering if the person will know how they feel.
The song seems to capture the feeling of being deeply enamored with someone and the anticipation of waiting to see them. The mention of the mosque adds a cultural and religious aspect to the lyrics, perhaps suggesting that the relationship has some cultural barriers or that the two people involved share a particular faith. The singer is vulnerable and falls to the ground when their love interest calls their name, suggesting that their feelings are intense and all-consuming.
Overall, "Mosque of love" is a simple but emotional song about young love and the anxieties and excitement that come with it.
