He worked at Konami on many games including Metal Gear 2 before joining Squaresoft in 1995 and composed/arranged for several titles such as Brave Fencer Musashi, FFII(PS remake), Chrono Trigger(PS remake), FFVII: Advent Children, and FFIII(DS remake). Sekito currently plays electric guitar for The Black Mages. His recent work includes The Last Remnant (Xbox 360, PC) and collaboration with Yoko Shimomura and Takeharu Ishimoto on the soundtrack for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (Sony PSP).

It sounds like casino music to me. In fact, I hear a lot of rpg music that resembles the kind of music they would play in a casino. The Last Remnant has an awesome soundtrack.
