It's okay to fall in love and it's okay to fall in love with the wrong person. What is not okay is to lose yourself while trying to make it work with the wrong person. Nobody deserves to be treated disrespectfully. If they cannot genuinely love you, you're better off on your own.

Wholeheartedly agree. Don't ever let someone believe you genuinely love them if your running around behind their backs chasing stones while losing a Diamond. It's unbelievably damaging and not one single person on this earth deserves that.

@@jaidalightning2233 you need to listen to your heart hunni. Does your relationship have more ups than downs?. Have you tried to tell him exactly how you feel?. If you have, what does he say?. Do you feel it's just you and you only putting any effort in?. Do you feel it's worth saving?. The only person who'll know the whole truth is yourself.
Having said that, if he's making you miserable, if you truly feel he doesn't want to make things right and it's tearing you apart yet he chooses to ignore it then I'd suggest making yourself stronger, start showing him you don't need him, you want him but don't need him, start self caring, self loving and taking care of number 1 (YOU) and if after all that he's not stepped up then I'd have to let him go. Will it hurt? Yes! Will it be easy? No! Buttt, you'll have made yourself stronger and gotten yourself mentally prepared at this point. When you eventually let him go, he'll either realise just what it is he's lost and want to start all over again or you'll realise your worth soooo much more and not want him back, you'll become so strong that only the right lover will knock your walls down to be let in. 💕
