1) YUKI is a Japanese experimental pop singer-songwriter under Sony Music Entertainment's EPIC Records. YUKI rose to fame in the 1990's as the vocalist of the Japanese rock band JUDY AND MARY. She's had various side projects, such as being a drummer for the short lived girl-band, Mean Machine along with Chara. YUKI made her solo debut in 2002 with the single, "the end of shite".
2) YUKI is the solo project of Dutch singer and producer Yuki Kempees, who is part of the DJ formation [ artist]Kris Kross Amsterdam. He got known in the Netherlands for his book 'Cirkels zijn alleen rond als ze mooi zijn' (circles are only round when they're pretty). Apart from being an author and music artist, he is also a radio host for the Dutch radio station SLAM! and a column writer for magazine Glamour.
