If man is still alive.
Assuming that humanity is still breathing, kicking and not extinct.

If woman can survive, they may find.
If the women are still capable of surviving the era, then they may find whatever it is that the future holds known and unknown.

In the year 3535
Moving into the distant future- so distant it may be difficult to imagine. But it's only 1510 years away from 2525.

Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lies.
The future society has advanced so drastically that there is no need to lie or say the truth as a pill currently regulates everything you think, do and say.

Everything you think, do and say, is in the pill you took today.
Once you take a pill, it contains all the information about what you think, what you do and what you say. Regulating all the decision-making of the person who takes it.

In the year 4545
Further ahead in the future, so much that it appears like an impossible date by today's standards.

Ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes.
Humans won't need any physical attribute to eat or see. They'll get all their nutrients and information artificially.

You won't find a thing to chew.
Since there is no need to eat, chewing isn't necessary.

Nobody's gonna look at you.
There'll be no reason to look at people since everything will be automated and there'll be no jobs that people can do on earth.

In the year 5555
This year is even more advanced than the previous one.

Your arms hanging limp at your sides.
Their limbs will hang like clothes on a hanger since there'll be no need for humans to use them.

Your legs got nothing to do.
Like the arms, the legs won't have anything to do as machines have taken over all the work.

Some machine doing that for you.
All the work is done by machines.

In the year 6565
This year will have some radical advancements compared to the current era which may make no sense to us today.

Ain't gonna need no husband, won't need no wife.
Marriage or relationships won't be necessary, since you can simply pick a child of choice from a long glass tube.

You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too.
The society would move beyond sex or at least, one wouldn't be necessary to make a baby. Instead, you can pick a child of choice from a glass tube like a product from a vending machine.

The Tube is so long since it contains the embryos of the entire population of earth. Taking the nature of the tube, you can only pick the ones closest to the bottom.

In the year 7510
7510 years from now, humanity will definitely be in a radically different place.

If God's a-comin, he oughta make it by then.
If there is any higher power is going to intervene in human affairs, it better happens by this year 7510 from now.

Maybe he'll look around himself and say.
Assuming a cosmically advanced being chose to take a look around themselves, what would they see?

Guess it's time for the judgment day.
This could either mean that judgement day is around the corner or that the higher power might decide that humanity has had its fair chance.

In the year 8510
This year is around 1,000 years after the previous one, advancing even further into an unearthly future.

God is gonna shake his mighty head.
Assuming any higher power existed, it's now time to weigh in their thoughts on humanity's progress. It might have been pleasing, or it might justify starting over.

He'll either say.I'm pleased where man has been.
The higher power might express satisfaction where mankind has reached at that point.

Or tear it down and start again. Whoa-oh
The higher power might decide to destroy what we currently know and start over.

In the year 9595
This year is so far into the future; it's unlikely that anything will currently understand the characteristics of this time period.

I'm kinda wonderin if man is gonna be alive.
This year is so far into the future, the artist wonders if any humans left to exist on Earth to this point.

He's taken everything this old Earth can give.
Assuming humans still exist at this point, they will have extracted everything Earth could provide, leaving Earth as a barren wasteland.

And he ain't put back nothing.Whoa-oh
Humanity has taken everything from the earth, but they did not give back anything in return.

Now it's been ten thousand years
A period of time has elapsed where humanity has persisted with existence over a long time, ten thousand years to be specific.

Man has cried a billion tears.
A lot has happened throughout that period of time; a billion tears have been shed.

For what he never knew,
Humanity has chased and sought after things that they did not even understand or comprehend.

now man's reign is through.
At this point, humanity has indeed had its run as the controllers of Earth.

But through eternal night.
Even though humanity is out of the equation, the Universe and its workings continue as they always have.

The twinkling of starlight.
The works of the Universe can still be viewed and appreciated with the glowing and shining of distant stars.

So very far away.
Despite humanity not being present to observe its beauty, it's still worth admiring from beyond.

Maybe it's only yesterday.
This period where humanity existed might have just seemed like a snap of fingers, even though it lasted thousands of years.
