Your Symphony
Dark Moor Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
To survive in this world
world of empty words
take my hand and feel me
i I'll be your friend...
forever be
[Bridge:]
could be playing with me
your symphony
Playing on and on
never be alone
sing my song
I stay bu your side, girl,
through the endless hate, my dear,
The rain dissapears
the poison of your life
fills my glass and I...
I drink, I die
[Bridge]
[Chorus:]
You give me the light
all my cold nights
Your fantasy
will me my shymphony
The lyrics to Dark Moor's "Your Symphony" are a testament to the power of love and friendship in the face of life's difficulties. The opening lines convey the idea that the singer is important to the person they are addressing, that they are someone who provides meaning and validation in a world full of empty words. The bridge of the song speaks to the idea that the two people are connected on a deeper level, perhaps even spiritual, as they play a symphony together in the depths of the wind. This symphony is a metaphor for the way their lives are intertwined and the beauty they create together.
In the second verse, the lyrics become more morbid as the singer talks about staying by the side of their friend through the "endless hate" and the "poison" of their life. Despite these difficulties, the singer remains steadfast and devoted, willing to "drink" the poison and die for their friend. The bridge is repeated again, and the chorus speaks to the transformative power of this relationship, how it brings light and joy to the singer's life and becomes their own personal symphony.
Overall, "Your Symphony" is a powerful song about the way that love can transform our lives and carry us through times of darkness and hardship. It's a beautiful tribute to the resilience of the human spirit and the deep connections we can forge with those we love.
