The band eventually broke up in 1996 and Bunbury started his solo career in 1997 with a techno album, Radical Sonora with his new band: Copi (piano), del Moran (bass), Ramón Gacias (drums) and former Héroes del Silencio guitarrist Alan Boguslavsky.
Recognized by his wish to always reinvent himself, Bunbury released in 1999 the album Pequeño, which sounded much different than anything he did before. His band also suffered changes, Boguslavsky was replaced by Rafa Domínguez, and the new faces, Ana Belén Estaje (violin), Luis Miguel Romero (percussion), Javier Iñigo, Javier García Vega & Antonio Ríos in the metal instruments.
This band was known as the "Huracán Ambulante" ("Rambling Hurricane") and recorded with Bunbury the rest of his solo discography, (except Antonio Ríos).
In 2005, after 8 years together, Bunbury dissolved the band and declared that will record a new album in 2006 only with his voice and a piano. Nevertheless, in early 2006 he recorded an album with spanish artist Nacho Vegas by the name of El tiempo de las cerezas.
His old band, Héroes del Silencio, reunited in 2007 for a short tour which visited Latin America, United States and Spain.
Habrá Una Guerra En Las Calles
Enrique Bunbury Lyrics

Volverán a casa heridos
Y no te darás por vencido
Hasta que el cambio sea la constante
Habrá una guerra en las calles
Ya lo advertimos
Ahora está en peligro
Habrá una guerra en las calles
Y la sangre llegará al río
Desde hoy estás despedido
Y los de atrás pasan delante
Habrá una guerra en las calles
Ya lo advertimos
Ahora está en peligro
Tu seguridad
No te pongas a tiro
Te cruces en mi camino
O vuelvas por aquí
Dijiste que hagamos
Un pequeño sacrificio
Y por el bien de todos
Te sacrificaremos a tí
Habrá una guerra en las calles
Ya lo advertimos
Ahora está en peligro
Tu seguridad
No te pongas a tiro
Te cruces en mi camino
O vuelvas por aquí
The lyrics to Enrique Bunbury's song Habrá Una Guerra En Las Calles depict a world on the brink of chaos and violence. The opening line "Habrá una guerra en las calles" translates to "There will be a war in the streets," immediately setting a mood of tension and unease. Bunbury sings about the inevitability of conflict, with lines like "Volverán a casa heridos" ("They will return home wounded"), suggesting that this is a situation that has happened before and will continue to happen until change occurs.
The lyrics also touch on themes of power and control, with a sense that those in charge are not acting in the best interests of the people. Lines like "Desde hoy estás despedido" ("From today you are fired") and "Te sacrificaremos a ti" ("We will sacrifice you") suggest a discontent with authority figures and a desire for change. The repeated warning "No te pongas a tiro" ("Don't put yourself in my sights") adds to the sense of danger and conflict.
Overall, the lyrics to Habrá Una Guerra En Las Calles paint a picture of a world on the brink, where conflict and violence may be the only option for change.
