The verses of the song El Fuego y el Amor by Spanish synth-pop band La Unión, speak about the aftermath of a serious dispute between two lovers. The lyrics describe the singer's struggle to come to terms with the fact that his lover had hurt him deeply by taking a permanent course of action. The first verse highlights the fact that he had always known that killing (or inflicting harm on someone) was never the solution to any problem. The third verse talks about the singer sitting in a dark corner with a chair, watching several scenes of their past relationship flash by. He talks about how he was unable to feel anything despite the fire burning around him. The imagery of fire burning around him can symbolize how he felt engulfed by strong emotions of anger and sadness, but he remained expressionless. The chorus repeats the same metaphor of his lover's passing and how the fire and love had been cruel, devastating forces that affected him.

Soy yo, o éste disco en particular es atemporal? Así lo escuché en los 90, ahora en 2012 y me sigue pareciendo EXCELENTE, podrán pasar 1000 años e Hiperespacio no pasará de moda! ♡ Amo este disco y a La Unión!!!

Es buenísimo, pero atemporal, no; está marcadísimo por la onda retro de cuando los noventa querían ser los setenta. Lo compré cuando salió y es fecha que lo sigo escuchando.

La verdad es que en su época fue súper retro, La Unión, al igual que otros artistas, estaban revisitando los 70 y un poco los 60. Por ejemplo, Older, de George Michael, o Funky Odyssey, de Jamiroquai, también tomabron mucho del Disco, Funk, Sould, R&B y Acid Jazz.

que voz sexy masculina desquebrajada y un fondo instrumental de lo mas cuidado,
podían sacar versiones extendidas de 10 minutos o remixes de estas canciones, aunque ahora ya es un poco tarde...LO MEJOR DE LA UNION.
