Tratando De Pensar
Los Pericos Lyrics

En vos, en vos
Ya no me acuerdo ni quien sos
Que fue lo que paso
Busco tu cara una vez más
Sabiendo que no estas
Es muy difícil de encontrar
En plena oscuridad
No hay vuelta atrás
Quizás así es mejor
No quiero más
Quiero borrar este inmenso dolor
Estoy tratando de fingir
Que soy feliz
Un gran desierto ese soy yo
De arena y nada más
Será mejor irme de aquí
Prefiero así
Subirme (fundirme?) al viento y volar
Dejando todo atrás
Que puedo hacer
No hay vuelta atrás
Quizás así es mejor
No quiero más
Quiero borrar
Este inmenso dolor
Estoy tratando de pensar
En vos, en vos
Ya no me acuerdo ni quien sos
Que fue lo que paso
Que puedo hacer
No hay vuelta atrás
Quizás así es mejor
No quiero más
Quiero borrar
Este inmenso dolor
Será mejor irme de aquí
Estoy tratando de fingir
Un gran desierto ese soy yo.

The singer then expresses their frustration in not being able to find the person they're looking for, comparing it to searching for someone in complete darkness. The chorus suggests that the singer is trying to come to terms with the reality that their relationship is over and that they should move on. They pretend to be happy, but the immense pain of the breakup is still present. The final stanza finds the singer contemplating leaving everything behind and starting a new life.
Overall, "Tratando De Pensar" is a song about the complexities of heartache and finding the strength to move on. The lyrics are relatable to anyone who has gone through a tough breakup, reflecting the universal experiences of love, loss, and recovery.
