The song "Instant Music" by the Japanese rock band the pillows is about finding happiness and peace in life through self-improvement and healthy habits. The lyrics mention "manual life no animal" which could allude to the idea of living a life without relying on technology or the comfort of an easy life. The next line "average kosoga happy" could be interpreted as finding happiness with what one has rather than always striving for more. The line "policy wa hagareochitemo OK" suggests that even if one's plans fall apart, it's okay as long as they keep moving forward and trying.
The song then goes on to mention "no damage na image" which could refer to taking care of one's physical appearance and health. The next line, "calorie-off nara happy" suggests happiness through exercising and staying fit. The line "kokorono eiyoushittchouwa OK" is about finding balance and harmony in life.
The chorus of the song talks about the power of music to transport us and help us escape from the stresses of life. "Instant music, sekaijyuuni afure" means that music fills the world and "kodomotachiwa oboreteru" suggests that even children can get lost in the magic of music. "Diet music, hora muchuuninatte kutabacchimaeyo" suggests that we can use music as a tool to focus and get into a rhythm even when working towards physical goals such as losing weight.
The song then reiterates the idea of finding peace through healthy habits "navigate sarete happy, counselor no sasayakiwa OK" and "renal no sentimental, stress zero nara happy." Finally, the song ends with the chorus again but with a twist. "Instant music, sekaijyuuni afure, otonatachiwa futotteru" suggests that adults too can be transported by the power of music. "Resistant music, saa mimiwo fusage, kutabacchimaeyo" suggests that music can also help us fight against negative thoughts and emotions.

@THEGREATMAX
It's about being forced to live in a world of fake music and people who believe ridiculous crap.
"No damage no image" - Don't damage your image
Calorie off is happy
It's okay if your heart is malnourished - Care more about things like losing a few pounds even if you're unhappy, because we live in a society
Then they basically go on to say most music is fake and stupid. It's DIET music. It's INSTANT music (like instant noodles, don't match up to something that took time, care, and effort)
Zero stress is happy
It's okay to have a lobotomy - This says more about the world we live in than anything else in the whole song.

Best band of our time, every album is great!
@OldFatBubba
Any rock band with four albums as good as Please Mr. Lostman, Little Busters, Runners High, and Happy Bivouac deserves widespread INTERNATIONAL recognition. Cliche be damned, they're 100% all killer, no filler. I'd rank them with or above the best Rolling Stones records.
