He packed his bags this morning, he bought his ticket today
Don't you go away not today?
'Cause she don't care, she don't care about you
She don't care about, she don't care about you
I want go away not today
'Cause she don't care, she don't care about you
She don't care, she don't care about you
'Cause she don't care about, she don't care about you
She don't care, she don't care about you
She don't care, she don't care about you
'Cause she don't care about, she don't care about you
The lyrics to Ty Segall's She Don't Care are quite straightforward and simple. The song appears to be about a relationship that has ended, and one party has decided to leave. The first verse paints a picture of the person leaving. He has packed his bags and bought his ticket to depart. He's reluctant to leave and asks the question, "Don't you go away not today?" indicating that he doesn't want to leave but feels he has to. This question also implies that there may be some ambiguity in the relationship, and he's unsure whether he should leave or stay.
The chorus of the song repeats the phrase "she don't care" several times. It is not entirely clear who "she" is in the song, but it is presumed to be the person the singer is leaving. The repetition of this phrase creates a sense of frustration and resignation in the singer. The person leaving seems to be hurt and resentful that the other party does not seem to care about them. The chorus is an assertion of this fact, that "she don't care about you."
The second verse is sung by a group and takes on a more affirmative tone, with the phrase "We are here this morning, we are here today." The line seems to imply that together, the singer and the group can withstand the breakup or whatever event has led to the person leaving. However, despite this show of solidarity and insistence on staying, the chorus returns, and we are again reminded that the other party does not care. The overall tone of the song is one of frustration and resignation, as the singer comes to terms with the end of a relationship and the indifference of the other party.

Yall this is art. You can argue and criticize and be as big of a pedant as you want but in the end it all comes down to the eye of the beholder.
