In the beginning, Olivia admires and showers this "Lacy" character with compliments. But towards the end, she expresses her true resentment and jealousy towards her.

From the beginning to end of a nearly three minute song, Olivia is able to capture obsessing over someone you strive to be, but also hate with all your heart. Olivia clearly shows how she simply cannot like Lacy because she's just a reminder of someone she can never be.
This is definitely my favorite song of the album, the lyricism and writing is just so phenomenal.

Look, I’m a massive Liv fan, and I normally don’t like making assumptions about relationships, especially when it comes to celebrities, because they don’t like to talk about it. But, do you notice that the s in the song is bold, all throughout - Sabrina starts with s- coincidence maybe?
Also when Olivia said Bardot reincarnate, I think that may refer to when Sabrina did photoshoots as Bridget Bardot.
What else may relate to this is lacy- like lace as in ribbons
Liv says, like ribbons in your hair- on the photo of Sabrina recreating Bridget Bardot’s pictures, she wore ribbons in her hair.
