Falcão is the daughter of filmmaker João Falcão and screenwriter and writer Adriana Falcão. She has two sisters, being Tatiana (from her mother's first marriage) and Isabel, her younger sister from the union of her parents. She was born in Recife, where she lived until she was 4 years old before moving to São Paulo. At age 6, Clarice moved to Rio de Janeiro, where she lives to this day. Clarice lived with her boyfriend, also actor and comedian Gregório Duvivier. The couple had been together since 2009, the year in which the two were backstage for the first time in the play Confessões de Teenager. On November 26, 2014, the couple announced their separation. Currently, the singer is dating the presenter Guilherme Guedes.
Clarice identifies as a feminist and recently brought the cause to her musical work, featuring in most of the lyrics of her second album, Problema Meu. "Being a feminist is necessary. It's just not going to be when everything is the same, we don't earn less, abortion is legalized, but I'm distressed to take on a space from people who know more because they studied and lived longer. I find it difficult to occupy a place of icon," said the singer to Diário de Pernambuco. Falcão also declared herself an atheist after a controversy with a video starring her for Porta dos Fundos.

In Clarice Falcao's song "De Todos os Loucos do Mundo," she sings about her desire for a particular crazy person. She wanted this person because she was tired of being crazy alone. This other person's madness seemed a little like her own. The second verse has some examples of their shared madness, like when the person hides their hand because they believe they are Napoleon. Clarice seems to believe it as well. They interrupt each other and finish each other's sentences. They get excited about each other's quirks, like when one speaks Chinese for the first time, and the other gives an opinion in perfect German. If one likes the sound of anything the other makes, they turn it into a duet, even if it's out of tune.
The lyrics seem to be a celebration of finding someone who is as crazy as we are. Clarice is glorifying this shared madness as something beautiful and wonderful. Though it is something society deems negative, madness, in this song, is portrayed as something that can create love and connection between two people. The song also highlights the need for human connection and the desire to find someone who understands us, even in our most absurd thoughts and behaviors.
