Falcão is the daughter of filmmaker João Falcão and screenwriter and writer Adriana Falcão. She has two sisters, being Tatiana (from her mother's first marriage) and Isabel, her younger sister from the union of her parents. She was born in Recife, where she lived until she was 4 years old before moving to São Paulo. At age 6, Clarice moved to Rio de Janeiro, where she lives to this day. Clarice lived with her boyfriend, also actor and comedian Gregório Duvivier. The couple had been together since 2009, the year in which the two were backstage for the first time in the play Confessões de Teenager. On November 26, 2014, the couple announced their separation. Currently, the singer is dating the presenter Guilherme Guedes.
Clarice identifies as a feminist and recently brought the cause to her musical work, featuring in most of the lyrics of her second album, Problema Meu. "Being a feminist is necessary. It's just not going to be when everything is the same, we don't earn less, abortion is legalized, but I'm distressed to take on a space from people who know more because they studied and lived longer. I find it difficult to occupy a place of icon," said the singer to Diário de Pernambuco. Falcão also declared herself an atheist after a controversy with a video starring her for Porta dos Fundos.

A canção que tocou pra gente
E o meu coração que
De repente
Inventou de sapatear?
Ou eu fui louca
E tudo foi um grande engano
E o contraplano
De um filme prestes a acabar?
Só pra saber
Nesse tal filme de romance
Antes que o público se canse
Você me beija no final?
Um sim cai bem
Mas não se sinta pressionado
Porque um beijo obrigado
Na tela
Imprime meio mal
Sem problema
Ser figurante da sua história
E, olha, nem força sua memória
Nem nome eu preciso ter
Mas, cuidado
Me deixa no canto da sala
Que se eu tiver alguma fala
Eu mudo pra "Eu amo você"
In Clarice Falcão's song "Fred Astaire," she questions whether the romantic scenario between herself and her partner is real or just a scene from a movie. She hears a song that reminds her of their relationship and wonders if her heart, which suddenly begins to tap and dance along to the music, is merely daydreaming. Clarice muses on the idea of filmmaking and how she would like to be a part of it if it means getting a kiss from her partner at the end of the story. She doesn't pressure him, but she still wants to know if their story has a romantic conclusion.
These lyrics are open to different interpretations. On the one hand, Clarice may be aware that her relationship is more like a movie or a fantasy than real life. Her heart tap-dancing to the melody of a romantic song suggests a desire to live in a perfect, choreographed world. On the other hand, her song may express her deep love for her partner, even if it's not a conventional romance. She may want to be part of his story, even if it's just as a supporting character who sometimes says, "I love you."
Overall, "Fred Astaire" is a whimsical and nostalgic ballad that leaves room for interpretation. It's a song about the blurred line between reality and fantasy, and the desire to be part of a romantic narrative.
