Dulce María Lyrics

A donde van por mal de amores
Los que no saben amar
Se perderán entre las sombras
Un infierno de verdad
Para pagar
En la oscuridad
Hoy es tu funeral
Donde te voy enterar
Y voy olvidar
Todo el daño que me haz hecho
The opening lyrics of Dulce María's "Cementerio de los Corazones Rotos" talk about a place where people go when they experience heartbreak. This place is reserved for people who do not understand the true meaning of love, and as a result, they find themselves lost in the shadows. The song paints a picture of an actual cemetery, but instead of containing graves of the deceased, it contains the remains of broken hearts. The song suggests that this is a real place where people go to mourn their lost love and reflect on their mistakes.
The lyrics go on to describe this place as a true hell where people must pay for their past mistakes in the darkness. The chorus of the song suggests that the singer is attending the funeral of somebody who has hurt her in the past, and she is ready to forget all the pain and torment that the person caused her. The song speaks to the universal themes of heartbreak and loss, suggesting that we all experience these emotions at some point in our lives.
