Aside from music used directly for the webcomic, fictional characters from the story have been credited with creating records themselves. The "Midnight Crew", a group of mobster characters, have released "Drawing Dead", who play what has been described as a "dark jazz" style of music. More albums of this nature have been hinted at. The Homestuck Music Crew has also released the "Squiddles Sing Along" album, the soundtrack to an imaginary kids show about happy-happy squids who "Kiss because they can't help it," as well as "The Felt", an orchestral style album based off of the rivals of the Midnight Crew. The released albums also feature many theme songs for the characters in the comic.

I can't help but think the moment when Hussie beats Doc Scratch was both funny and awesome, because the Author Avatar was more of a joke character, so he is the last person you expect to gain victory over Scratch. This makes it, as I said, awesome and funny at the same time.

the song pretty much describes itself it starts with hussie opening a door in scratch's apartment looking for him he is carefully tiptoeing around and sneaks up behind scratch. he tries to honk him with the broom, but fails as the good doc runs around dodging.
