At this point, a proper band line-up was assembled, leading to the act's first proper concert (September 2nd 2001). Eventually, Kabanos decided to try their hand at making their own material, and the debut single "Za X" was recorded in 2002. A few member changes later, a proper full-length "Zęby w ścianę" saw the light of day in 2007. "Flaki z olejem" followed in 2009, and the group's most recent full-length of original material is "Kiełbie we łbie" from 2012. Kabanos is evolving from release to release, letting their growing musical abilities shine and gradually replacing the off-the-wall ramblings of their earlier materials with easily discernible, more mature themes.
Liceum Ogólnokształcące

A w radiowęźle kiła
Nauczyciele wredni są
Atmosfera niemiła
Kolejne laski wpadają
Do dziennika tak zgrabnie
Lecz muszę zdać maturę bo
Nie mogę
Nie umiem
Nie lubię
Ja się w tym wszystkim gubię
To ściągnę
Tam zwiejem
To leję
W szkole dziś źle się dzieje
Korytarzem wciąż snują się
Powłoki ciał niewinnych
Jest wielki szum i głuchy śmiech
Widać że jestem inny
Wokół uczniowie łamią się
Z powodu ocen bzdetnych
Z powodu uwag nauczycieli
I ostrzeżeń konkretnych
The song "Liceum Ogólnokształcące" by Kabanos speaks about the struggles of being a student in a high school environment. The lyrics describe a loud and chaotic corridor, with a focus on the negative aspects of the atmosphere, including the unfriendly nature of the teachers. The singer talks about the pressure to pass exams, and the fear of ruining their future career if they fail. They express feelings of uncertainty and confusion in the face of it all, leading them to contemplate cheating or skipping school.
The second half of the song shifts focus to the emotional toll that high school can have on students. The "innocent bodies" mentioned in the lyrics imply a sort of innocence lost due to the stress and despair of school life. The "deaf laughter" suggests a sense of isolation felt by the singer, as if they are the only one who truly feels the weight of what they are going through. The lyrics also emphasize the arbitrary nature of grades and the frustration that comes with being reprimanded by teachers, even for minor things.
