Najwa Karam Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
In Najwa Karam's song Ariftu Albi Lamin, she begins by questioning who truly knows her heart and soul. She wonders who understands her innermost thoughts and feelings. The next verse shifts to a person who knows themselves well and is aware of their own struggles. This person is going through a difficult time, and the love they are experiencing seems almost unreal or beyond their wildest dreams. The chorus then brings the focus back to the singer and her personal experience of love. She expresses how her love is all-consuming and that she feels as if she has been living in a love-filled dream. The love is so strong that it keeps her up at night and completely occupies her thoughts. The final verse speaks directly to the singer's love interest, urging them not to leave her because being near them brings her peace and comfort, and the thought of being without their love drives her crazy.
