Najwa Karam's song "El Deny Em" is a song about a mother's love for her son as he grows up and finds happiness with a woman. The lyrics describe how the son has grown up and fallen in love with a girl, which makes his mother happy. The son is then asked by the girl to meet her, which he does, and it is not considered wrong since it is a sign of the times. As a result, the mother is happy for her son and offers her blessings to the couple. However, after a few days, the mother begins to miss her son and ask about his well-being. She realizes that her son is now a grown man who has his own life, and though happy for him, she is sad at the thought of losing him.
Overall, "El Deny Em" is an emotional and relatable song about the mother-son relationship and how it evolves over time as the son grows up and finds his own place in the world. It reflects the universal experience of parents who must eventually let go of their children as they become adults and seek out their own happiness.
