[1] Téléphone was an extremely popular French rock band that formed in 1976 and disbanded in 1986.
Téléphone re-energised rock in France with their electrifying concerts, yet they remained largely unknown in non french-speaking countries, probably because they always sang in French.
Almost all of its members went on to solo careers.

M'a pardonné
Ma réalité m'a pardonné
Dansent les ombres du monde
Dansent les ombres du monde
Dansent les ombres du monde
Dansent les ombres du monde, hé, hé
Dansent, dansent, dansent, dansent, dansent, dansent
Dansent, dansent, dansent, dansent, dansent, dansent
Dansent les ombres du monde
The song "Un autre monde" by Téléphone is a poetic representation of a desire for a utopian world, where the earth is round, the moon is blonde, and life is abundant. The singer of the song dreams of another reality, a reality where the earth is not just a mere physical object, but something much more profound. The song talks about the desire to escape from the mundane, to find something beyond the tangible world. The singer is dissatisfied with his reality and seeks something more.
The dreamy and abstract lyrics of the song create a sense of longing for something that is beyond the reach of the mundane world. The imagery of the round earth and the blonde moon shows that there is a desire to escape something more profound than just the physical world. The song hints at the idea that the current version of the world is not enough and that there is a need for something better. But despite the desire to escape, the singer realizes that the reality they seek is already there, and the shadows of the world are dancing to remind them of that.
