Oh oui !
In "Chocolat," Thomas Fersen sings about a whimsical encounter with police officers who, upon noticing his unique appearance, curiously inspect his person and belongings. The singer sports a cigarette behind his ear and oversized sunglasses, as well as shoes with a rat-toe design that caught their attention. As the officers investigate, their poodle becomes distracted by Fersen's chocolate and proceeds to devour it along with his Granola snacks, ultimately licking his fingers.
The officers continue inspecting Fersen's items and taste various things, including flour and soap, before mentioning the presence of birds in his socks and cannonballs in his shorts. Meanwhile, they listen to music from Jamaica, particularly Bob Marley, coming from Fersen's boombox as they go through his wardrobe. The chorus repeats the dog's theft of Fersen's chocolate, with a playful tone. As the song ends, the officers surround Fersen, presuming he's hiding something illegal but are ultimately left disappointed as they don't find anything except for his chocolate with the hint of Jamaica.
Overall, "Chocolat" is a lighthearted, playful song that showcases Fersen's wit and humor. The lyrics can be interpreted as a commentary on police profiling, appearance-based prejudices, and the absurdity of some police searches.

Since they had nothing else to do
Ils ont détaché leur caniche
