Mitsuto Suzuki
Mitsuto Suzuki (鈴木光人) is currently a member of the Square Enix Music group of in-house sound developers and was previously the keyboardist for the band OVERROCKET. Suzuki has worked for Konami as a synthesizer operator and arranger, contributing to such soundtracks as Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner, Beatmania IIDX, and Keyboardmania 2nd Style. His arrangements for Square have appeared on the three Bootleg albums available for download through iTunes. If The Ark was supposedly Hope's theme, then I guess this would be his "true" self's theme throughout LR? The ticking and static noises all give a mechanic vibe to this track, which is more consistent with the electronic sound of FFXIII-2 and fits Hope's pursuit of science throughout the game. Not to mention the more sullen tone also aligns with Hope's fate to be cast aside once Bhunivelze is done with him... That's what I'd like to think, anyways.
