Venden ideologías
Para tres presos locos
¡Cipayos, traidores y vendidos!
Sin vergüenzas, se ponen su máscara
Mal educados de dos caras
¡Cipayos, traidores y vendidos!
Hablan de pueblo, qué graciosos
Palabras en venta, lenguas filosas
Mala sangre, corazones podridos
¡Cipayos, traidores y vendidos!
The song "Cipayos Traidores Y Vendidos" by Los Crudos, is a politically charged song that addresses the issue of corrupt politicians and their disregard for the people they are supposed to serve. The lyrics criticize these politicians for ruining movements and selling ideologies to benefit only themselves and a few select individuals. The phrase "Cipayos, traidores y vendidos" translates to "mercenaries, traitors, and sold out."
Los Crudos express anger and frustration towards these corrupt politicians who hide behind masks and present themselves as two-faced individuals. They talk about the people, claiming to serve them, but in truth, they only care about themselves. The lyrics point out how these dishonest politicians use sharp tongues to talk about the people yet have rotten hearts and bad intentions.
The lyrics, filled with references to corruption, betrayal, and moral decay, provide listeners with a platform to reflect upon the actions of corrupt politicos. The song argues that these individuals have no shame, and their actions have grave consequences on society.
