At age 74, he is still doing concerts and his lyrics continue to rally the spirits of audiences throughout Brazil. His 1995 CD "Ta Delicia Ta Gostoso" sold more than a million copies. His music shows influence from the region where he was born, such as the calango rhythm.

Sentimento lindo
Nossos corpos gostam
Se a gente se enrosca
Misturando os pelos
Me pegou carente
Me fez dependente
Muito mais mulher
A fazer de mim o que bem quiser
E se permitiu
A fazer de mim o que bem quiser
Benzinho vida minha transformou
Extrapolou, me envolveu
E agora tem que ser meu namorado
Danadinho danado
Tudo em mim é seu
Danadinho danado
Tudo em mim é seu
Só seu meu desejo
E a minha paixão
Só seu meu orgasmo
E a minha emoção
Minha luz, meu som e o meu cantar
Você é com quem quero me casar
Danadinho danado será todo meu
Danadinho danado, tudo em mim é seu
Danadinho danado será todo meu
Danadinho danado, tudo em mim é seu
Benzinho vida minha transformou
Extrapolou, me envolveu
E agora tem que ser meu namorado
Danadinho danado
Tudo em mim é seu
Danadinho danado
Tudo em mim é seu
Só seu meu desejo
E a minha paixão
Só seu meu orgasmo
E a minha emoção
Minha luz, meu som e o meu cantar
Você é com quem quero me casar
Danadinho danado, será todo meu
Danadinho danado, tudo em mim é seu
Danadinho danada, será todo meu
Danadinha danado, tudo em mim é seu
Você é demais
The lyrics of Martinho Da Vila's song "Danadinho Danado" express a strong sense of love and desire. The first verse highlights the intensity of the feelings between two individuals, describing them as "demais" or "beyond measure." Their love is described as a beautiful sentiment that both their bodies enjoy and intertwine with, as they become intimately close. The singer confesses that they have become dependent on their partner, finding their identity as a woman through the love they share. They acknowledge that their partner has the power to do as they please with them, further emphasizing the depth of their connection.
In the chorus, the singer affectionately refers to their partner as "Benzinho" or "little sweetheart." They express that this person has transformed their life and engulfed them completely. The singer declares the expectation that their partner will become their boyfriend, confirming their desire to solidify their love. The refrain "Danadinho danado, tudo em mim é seu" reaffirms that everything within the singer belongs to their beloved, signifying their total surrender and devotion.
The second verse continues to depict the singer's complete surrender to their partner. They express that their partner is the only recipient of their desires, passion, and even their most intimate moments of pleasure and emotional fulfillment. The singer describes their partner as their light, sound, and reason for singing, emphasizing the immense importance this person holds in their life. The desire to marry and spend their life with their beloved is further reiterated, underlining a deep and profound commitment.
The chorus is repeated again, emphasizing the possessiveness and all-encompassing love that the singer feels for their partner. The lyrics convey a sense of longing and dependency, where the singer's world revolves around their beloved. The repetition of the phrase "Danadinho danado, tudo em mim é seu" once again emphasizes the singer's complete devotion and willingness to give themselves entirely to their partner.
Overall, these lyrics depict a passionate and all-encompassing love, where the singer opens themselves up fully to their partner, declaring them as the center of their universe. The song conveys a sense of adoration, dependence, and a strong desire to build a future together.
